I have a small internet business that requires constant shipping. I use the Holly Post Office at least once a week and the staff is always professional, quick and friendly.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever had. I’ve called at least 3 times and left multiple notes on my mailbox stating the people who live in this house and yet I’m getting mail from the past 6+ residents. I understand the residents would also be at fault but they’ve assured me they’ll stop and continue to do it.

First time shipping something and the staff was very friendly and taught me exactly how to do it. There were no wait times and Laura was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

My Pregnant wife went up this morning. About our keys not working. I was told they were extremely rude to her. We just purchased our house 4 months ago. We had to wait 3 months to get our keys made and when we finally received our keys. The keys did not work. So we stop and asked the mail lady to open our box. She attempted to open herself but could not open it. The mail lady told me to return to the office. Well my wife did this morning. Like I said they were extremely rude to her about it told us we weren’t not our getting ours keys.

Evev though the workers are friendly, I've experienced my mail not always delivered,. Sometimes my mail is delivered to neighbors who are honest enough to give me my mail. It appears there is no one that can hold them accountable for the mistakes that they make for the poor work quality that is done.

We regularly receive the wrong people's mail, they receive ours, packages get dumped in our bushes, or damaged getting crammed into the mailbox that is too small for them, the mailbox door is left open, and our mail has been damaged from rain and snow.

I haven't visited any post office in quite a long time and the lady at the counter (didn't catch her name) was very kind and helpful in answering my questions about the letter I needed to mail priority and happily answered a couple additional questions about future package drop-off that I had.

I've continually had good service at this post-office from the friendly desk staff. A package was shipped to us without any tape on it and the teller went out of her way to tape it up and make sure it got to us in good shape.

If a .5 rating was possible it would represent the Post office much more accurately than a one star. The ladies behind the counter, and Al, our carrier are great, although the “officer in charger” Robin Rogers is incompetent at best. The Post Office is run as if a clueless two-year old child was in charge. Robin doesn’t return calls, takes no responsibility for her own or the offices shortcomings and when complaints were filed to the State Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin office & the Postmaster Generals office the responses consistently are untrue. Replies to the government inquiries from the post office stated they contacted both the builder & the home owners association for information and direction for curbside mail delivery as they knew that excessive mail theft and identity theft was occurring in the development. When asked to prove the communications, that she stated had occurred suddenly no recorded of them could be located or she simply ignored them as she has previously done several times. The subdivision has 5 builders on public record, and NO home owner association at all so contacting the association was simply not possible although Robin stated she had. A certified letter was sent to her in an attempt to get her to reply to and requesting a response from her simply wen ignored once again, although certified mail it proves that she received it. On the rare attempt by Robin try to answer an inquiry, if any any attempt at all, it just resulted in the story changing and/or the addition of mistruths added. Whatever good fortune that Ortonville had to get another post master hopefully Holly can be as lucky as well.
