Eric, I never met A man so dedicated to taking care of his clients and what you did for my daughter and my self is priceless If you ever ever have car trouble please go to Armstead, John the service manager knows his job and so does eric. My warranty company (Car Sheild) sucks if you have them switch but at the end of the day my daughters jeep cherokee is fixed with minimal payment out of my pocket! You guys rock thanks again! Dawn”
“As a owner of a 2009 Ford Flex who had a trans line to radiator leak, Don and his crew did me a great service. I had my truck in another shop for two weeks waiting, while they searched and couldn't find the parts (lines) to fix my leaky vehicle (Seems Ford's Service Parts department is slipping, said the parts were no longer made and obsolete) I even tried to find the parts myself !!! .... Don found the parts online and had my truck back on the street in three day!!! :) They also did quality work at a reasonable price and the leak is all Gone !!! THANKS Fenton Holly Trans.......”
