I'm revising my review after speaking to the employees. I was "off put" after filling a shopping cart with, what I believed were 75% off clearance items. I don't think it'll happen again.

The female pharmacist that was on duty the day I needed my mother's medication filled while home on Hospice care was VERY RUDE. It was the worse experience I have ever had with a pharmacist, she was very angry and questioning the medications prescribed for her last few days of care while in Hospice almost seemed put out! So disappointing that someone in this profession would yell and talk disrespectful to someone caring for a loved one in a tough time like she did.

I try to avoid this pharmacy at all cost. Every time I have to put a prescription here the pharmacy employees are so rude. Especially Shelly. Hopefully Shelly learns to have a better day and not greet people on the phone so rudely. Especially when I'm not the customer that made her day bad at 9:30 in the morning. She has a whole day ahead of her and she's already greeting people like that. If not for them having my prescription in stock, I would never go here.

My family and I have been getting our prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for the past probably 15 years. We have never had any problems or issiues. The pharmacists and the pharmacy staff have always been extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful.Often times they will go out of their way to order and provide a specific brand name or generic version of a medication.

I've been going here for years. But after my experience at the pharmacy today, I will probably never be returned. I understand what's going on with pharmacists and rite aid right now, but that does not excuse what happened. The pharmacist was kind of short with me, I can get over that i've had those days. But when i'm trying to ask you what I can take with my medicine when I am sick, but don't reach over and tap on the screen that I don't have any questions. Not happy right now is an understatement.

The customer service is poor and the loud mouth manager is useless. Been here 10 times and each time no money to do $20 cash back. I'll take my business and scripts across the street to CVS where I've never had poor customer service experience.

The store was near where we were staying. Some of the shampoo shelves were low on inventory. There was a varied makeup aisle. I found hair products I needed. There was plenty of parking.

I had a pleasant experience with the pharmacy last night especially with the lady that gathered my prescription and rung me up. Although, I wasn't feeling well she still managed to make me laugh and wished me well as I was leaving.

I waited for 20 minutes for my script that my doctor had called in. Then, when I got to the counter they said they had to fill only partial because they only had a few pills and would have to order more. Then, they called me back up after I waited the 20 minutes and said they didn't have any and that they needed me to come back on Monday. Then, I went to buy something at the other counter because I couldn't by it at the pharmacy counter because someone was already at the counter. I had to go find an associate to help me because he was talking to another employee who was cleaning. This is the second time I have had to deal with this employee and he has extremely bad body odor that you can smell it throughout the store. This may be a physical problem, but it needs to be addressed somehow. Your cliental shouldn't have to hold their breath to be waited on. I won't be using this pharmacy anymore and will be moving my scripts to another location.

I needed a prescription quickly. My doctor called it over, and Shelly worked extra hard to get it to me as quickly as possible. I really appreciate her work. Drive-thru for pick up was excellent and easy!
