“January 18th, 2024 I am updating this post: this group of people, mechanics and technicians have always been amazing, but I want to give a special shout out to Tony for helping me out this most recent need. Don't forget to mention Les and Dan for amazing customer service. If I could write more reviews and give more stars, I definitely would.I have been going to this Tuffy Auto Center for years. Their service is absolutely top-notch. They're honest and quick and considerate. I've had people trying to convince me to take my car other places but the service here has been too good I will not abandon the store I recommend them for any services that you need that they can do.”
“Stopped in on a very hot day and the guys were nice as could be. My oil change went pretty quickly, they checked all the necessary fluids, tires, etc. and asked if I'd like anything else done. So they checked the air filter which obviously needed to be replaced. No pressure, and it was replaced. A fine experience at a reasonable price. ?”
“I’m a lifetime customer based on my experience. The first time I went in the technician checked my oil and told me to come back in 1,000 miles because the oil was still in perfect condition. First time that has ever happened! When I returned for service, it was quick and efficient. The technician showed me the condition of my air filter and made recommendations but no pressure to replace it. Also, the oil service was reasonably priced.”

Each time I bring in my vehicles when they open, they always make every effort to get my car in for inspection within a few hours and in most reasonable cases, repaired that same day. And they consistently approach the job from a cost-savings perspective of the customer and communicate clearly on cost of time and money. “I went to Vek's for many years taking multiple family vehicles to Harry. I did that because not only are they good at what they do, but Harry was always honest and gave a fair deal. He didn't try to pad the pricing to make an extra buck, he just gave a fair price for the job. I was there again today and received the same kind of service. I don't want a shop that just automatically throws my truck on a diag machine and charges me $85 for just that alone - I want a shop with a real mechanic - one that has years of experience and has the eyes & ears to figure out what is going on after driving my truck to feel and listen to it. That is what I received today - I will continue taking all of our vehicles there.”

“Great service and great people. I went to autozone previously to get a new battery. My battery i had in it was previously installled by my dad which he did not put in properly. It was the wrong battery and was Jerry rigged since it wouldn't fit in properly.I had to get a new battery as it started dying on me. I was looking for a place that would change out the battery for me. I tried autozone and they wouldn't change the battery due to faulty wiring and liability reasons.I decided to take up here to see if they would atleast attempt to put a new battery in it and they did it!I was impressed the guy even went out of his way to run too the store and buy parts that were needed for the new battery. So They installed the battery for me when other places wouldn't do it and even took the time too fix the wiring issues and buy the right parts for it.Excellent service. 10/10 would recommend this place to friends and family.If you ever need an oil change, or a new battery installed this is the place to go!Service: Battery”
