Came here for a wedding on a July weekend! It was beautiful! The staff was pretty nice. It's a very cool spot for a wedding! But wow, that room in the back where all the dancing, and reception happens, is SO HOT. You could walk up the the lobby, bar and bathrooms and it was 30 degrees cooler. I don't think any of the staff noticed or cared how hot it was. They have a few air conditioners on the walls. I looked and all the temps were set in the 70s, no wonder it was so hot!! I turned one of them down into the 60s by our table because we were dying and that did help. Just not sure why I was doing that when someone who worked there should have been managing the temps!

This past weekend we held a surprise 50th Anniversary party for our parents through the Holly Vault at Venue One Eleven and it was perfect! Everyone we worked with from our initial communications to the end of the evening were so very helpful and accommodating. Kerri Ann was great to work with in securing the venue and initial planning. Alisa, our Event Coordinator, was exceptional! She was so responsive to all our needs, made sure we had accounted for every detail and the that the night went without a glitch! Alisa, George and the entire staff made a night to remember for our family and guests. The venue is beautiful and has so many amazing and unique features. We received countless compliments throughout the evening regarding the venue and dinner. Kudos to the Chef and kitchen staff as well! Thank you for an amazing experience! Highly recommend!

While the venue is beautiful, weddings cost an arm and a leg these days and with that cost, I believe a certain level of service should be upheld. There were a few things that I had hoped would be a little different. 1) There was zero communication with me on the day of or the days just leading up to the wedding. Not only this, but we rented the holly crossing house, while multiple people called and left messages to ask questions about wifi and a leaking shower we didn't receive any communication back from the team. 2) I was not provided with the day of coordinators contact information and she was not provided mine, I had no way to communicate with the team day of because they do not answer the listed number. 3) The only communication I did receive was the day after my wedding because they couldn't find something at the Crossing house. 4) Certain requests I had made at our final meeting were not met, such as allowing the guests into the seating area during cocktail hour instead of a standing cocktail hour (we had many older guests and I did not want them to have to stand for an hour and a half). 5) They moved the location of my rehearsal the week of. Likely to accommodate someone else. But Like I said, the venue was gorgeous, I am a first time bride so I'm not sure if this is the normal.

BRIDES BEWARE! The positive reviews shock me since my experience was far from positive. There are plenty of wonderful venues in Michigan. Please save yourself heartache and pick a different venue. 1. The owner of the vault lacks empathy. She seems nice, but I found out it is not genuine. Once they have your money they treat you like dirt. 2. Communication is terrible!!! Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone. 3. The air doesn't work, so if it is a hot day you will not have ANY relief. Many of my guests left early due to the stagnant 85 degree air air in the reception space. Despite being incredibly uncomfortable, none of the employees did anything to rectify the situation. Fans would have been nice (working AC would have been better). Memories of my first dance are clouded by how hot and miserable we felt pressed up against each other. We just wanted it to be over. Not a great way to celebrate the start of a marriage. We were sad guest left because it was so unbearable. Especially after paying all the money. We wish the vault did something to help, even slightly, but that was not the case. PS. The gold chargers they use are from the dollar store. But, they charge one dollar per charger to rent them. 100% profit for them every time someone uses them. I get they need to be cleaned but come on. Seems scummy to do that.

I went for an oil change, got it and guy who did it had a repair estimate for me. said my car needed some major repair. about 1,500 worth. I took it to Ford for an estimate and they said there was nothing wrong with it. it's a 2007 car with 60,000 miles. took it to another place and they said the same. I have the paper estimate that was given to me. with date etc. Mr wilkenson was fishing out of town at that time. was asked by a c friend not to do anything about it but I feel there is other people besides myself who have been a victim. I will probably go speak with him since I have the original paperwork.

Overall great experience, good friend broke down visiting from up north and ball joints went bad. The gentlemen at Wilkinson's repaired and was able to put back on the road in the same day! I highly recommend !

READ BEFORE RENTING THIS HOUSE!
TLDR- new owner makes reservations and then doesn't honor them screwing over a dozen guests.
Don't you let this happen to you.
This business is under new ownership by the Holly Vault who also runs a nearby wedding venue. Last year I stayed at this B&B under the prior ownership and really enjoyed my stay. I called to book again and the prior owner let me know they sold the house and gave me the information to contact the new owner.
Initially everything seemed great. Cari called me to work with me and my group to make arrangements to rent the house for a weekend in September. She said they were looking to work with us being so new to home rental and agreed to give us a discount. I promptly agreed and provided her all my details so she could send over the documents for payment.
I was never asked to do anything else or book through Airbnb where the house is listed. I didn't worry about it, Cari seemed to be very professional.
After waiting two weeks and not hearing anything or receiving my promised email and documents outling the agreement we made, I messaged the owner to let her know they had not shown up. I assumed there may have been an email address typo, but to my horror I received a response stating that she rented the house to another party and the home was now no longer available for my groups stay.
I have multiple messages confirming with Cari/the owner that this was an agreed upon reservation. I now have a 12 people with travel arrangements already made coming to town with no place to stay. We were guarenteed our booking and rate more than 2 weeks ago and have been planning this event for months. Cari never bothered to contact to me and if I had not messaged her I worry that we would have shown up to find out about this horrible situation day of. What's worse is I responded back to her immediately and have never heard another word.
NOW IMAGINE THIS IS YOUR EVENT AND IS HAPPENING TO YOU! Nightmare!
There are literally no other hotels or accommodations large enough in Holly for my group and the closest hotels are all booked up do to multiple events occurring in the area on the same date.
I would not do business with this company. They will screw your event over without hesitation.

I happen upon this place for lunch. Very friendly service. The Pulled Pork sandwich was the best I've had in awhile. Prices were also reasonable.

Do not trust the reviews on this B&B. note that all of the 4 and 5 star reviews (as of this writing) are for the previous owners. I stayed here a year ago and the couple that ran the B&B was wonderful. Unfortunately, the new ownership is lacking.

This is the cutest B&B I've ever been too. Dan and Bobby are so sweet and very hospitable. My hubby, my son and I spent the night in the Kinkade room. It was very cozy. I will definitely be staying there again!

I cannot say enough great things about everyone at Wilkinsons. I was having the worst luck with the suspension on my car and they were able to fix it in 1 day. I took it to a dealership previously and they wanted an outrageous diagnosis fee and they wanted to keep my car until they “got a chance†to look at it. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

Bobbie is a wonderful and accommodating hostess. We will be staying for our wedding and taking pictures in the beautiful garden. Walking distance to down town. Balcony room!
