3671 Highland Rd, White Lake“I’ve been a member with Genisys since I was a teenager (I’m almost 29 now). I’ve always been super happy to have them as my credit union. They really do care about helping you with your financial situation and hearing any concerns you may have. So far, I have not encountered a branch of theirs that I didn’t like. The White Lake branch in particular though really stands out to me because of rep Lauren LaBelle. She is super awesome; not only because she is enthusiastic and really cares about her job, but she’s also a very compassionate, caring and understanding person. I came to the branch earlier today and expressed to her how I was struggling heavily with some financial burdens that I had caused myself and she listened to me thoroughly, never judging me one time. She encouraged me to create a plan for myself, to remain strong and focused; even to find work that brings me real peace and happiness. She truly is a gem. Thank you Lauren and thank you Genisys for all you guys do for me and for everyone! Keep up the great work!”

I have always banked locally, however, my father recently passed and he had accounts with JP Morgan/Chase.I stopped by to open an estate account to settle his accounts and transfer existing funds to the newly created account. “Overall a very good experience here. The front desk staff are kind and knowledgeable. They do their best for the circumstances they are in.***This is for their corporate and owner of this branch****It's a shame that their turnover rate is pretty much every month.How are they supposed to give good customer service when they are understaffed, not paid much and don't even have time to eat? Where is the owner of this branch to help out and be the leader??Food, Ya know the basic necessity of a life. Pfff don't need to let our employees take breaks because there's only 2 people in the entire building trying to take care of nonstop customers and one is a new employee.Makes me wonder why the turnover rate is the way it is. I've always wondered if the people in corporate making 6 figures ever turn there gaze the other way around and ask hmm ? what's it like to be a front desk person's shoes? Not getting to eat, and getting paid so little for their services. I truly believe if a corporate Huntington employee worked here for 2 weeks a lot would change or they couldn't handle it and quite.”

It was quick and easier than Chase, and to my surprise, they were running a promotion that could increase my bank account up to 250 dollars. Connie was the one that helped me. I would Flagstar Bank over J.P Morgan/Chase if you are getting tired of Chase.”

“Ive been with chase a long time they've never helped me out or caused me grief. But....a company that I ach with took all my money and put me $2000 negative in my bank! Here's the kicker! I'm in another country and I have tons of bills coming out being the end of the month. Chase paid everything till I got home! Not one bill was turned away! No late payments no marks on my credit nothing! I'll stay till I die. When I really needed them they held the front line for my business!”

“I have to disagree with the negative reviews of this branch. Yes it sometimes takes a little while to get waited on as a couple of tellers are a little slow. However I recently called by phone and was answered immediately. I was told to expect a call back within the hour. Not ten minutes later I received a prompt callback with the answer to my problem having been investigated and resolved. Job well done ! Thanks. Greg”
“Love this bank.. people are friendly and if you have online issues they will help you through it. I personally like to go in and do my banking. I don't like drive thru, I don't understand the automatic system. They've offered to show me/practice coupons, which is nice. I still rather go in person and get my balance that way.”
