Great service!! Wonderful people, especially Ken, the owner and his wife Danielle!! The body shop returned my vehicle to me running and looking brand new!! That’s not an easy job to do when a deer hits a car!! I will always recommend Austin’s Body Shop!! Absolutely the best!!

Brought my Cavalier in to get a door replaced after it was backed into while parked. Despite it being nearly 20 years old, they found a door and repainted it for a perfect match. The staff was very friendly and they were able to hook me up with a loaner vehicle so I could get to work while waiting on the repairs.

I’m pretty disappointed tbh. I brought a front bumper I picked up From a junk yard that I got for $50 dollars, mind you it also came with fog lights…. I brought it here to have it sanded and painted to the color of my vehicle. I was told that it was not going to fit my car and asked if I was sure about it bc it was from a 4 door sedan, but I have a 2 door coupe. I reassured that it was fine and even my boyfriend told them it will fit we just want the color changed. And what do you know, fits better than my last one :) They were going to charge me a little over $200 for a sand and paint and said that was a normal pricing for them but offered to bring it down to $164. I accepted it. took a day for the bumper to be done which is normal. I arrived to pick it up after receiving a text saying it was ready and when I got there, I paid, and they sent us on our way and said good luck. I am writing this review now because, I have been washing my car like I do frequently. With micro fiber towels and soapy water, And have noticed the silver paint is chipping off clean. And is revealing the red color of the bumper. (The car I took the bumper from was a red focus.) so they clearly did not even sand the damn thing. Idk why, but they didn’t. You can still see the paint that it originally had and the red paint underneath the silver paint still sparkles. I’m just pretty upset about it.

Took 3 times to finish fixing our car that was damaged by a deer accident. Obviously no one got in and test drove it before calling us to say it was done. Alarm sensors went off 150 feet after I pulled out of their drive. The paint job was absolute garbage. You can totally see the difference between their job and the other untouched body panels. Orange peel texture and color is off as well. We will never ever go here again. They took the insurance money and ran. No care into how the final product looked or performed. Try anywhere else but here.

They did a good job fixing our car, that was hit by a deer. It took a little longer, than we expected, to get our car back, and, they didn't have a loaner. They sent a truck, free of charge, to tow our car to their shop. We would go to them again.

Ken & his team did an amazing job on the rear passenger door and front bumper/frame on my 2012 Kia Optima. When choosing an auto body shop, I definitely recommend Austin's Body Collision!
