I can not give enough respect I have for Armstead automotive , they went above the call of duty for me as they stated we work for you! Eric, I never met A man so dedicated to taking care of his clients and what you did for my daughter and my self is priceless If you ever ever have car trouble please go to Armstead, John the service manager knows his job and so does eric. My warranty company (Car Sheild) sucks if you have them switch but at the end of the day my daughters jeep cherokee is fixed with minimal payment out of my pocket! You guys rock thanks again! Dawn

My diesel car was giving me issues and I brought it in to Armstead knowing they had the experience with diesel engines. They were extremely friendly and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they work and complete services. Christina was my service advisor, she was communicative and made the process so easy.

My transmission was acting up and I was reluctant on taking my truck to just anyone. You never know if you're going to get an honest assessment. They kept my truck overnight and gave it a thorough exam and flushed the fluid and it was back to ?

I would never take my truck to this place ever again. Oh yeah they said they accept my warranty company ... Which it's a warranty company you can only purchase through dealership.. so they called the warranty company and got approval then they told me that the warranty company is only going to cover so much of the parts because their parts aren't coming from the dealership.. I figured okay whatever I just want it fixed right... Knowing dealership parts are more money better quality because it comes straight from Ford. No communication at all.. I would have to call there and ask how is it going.. they said finally.. they have the front end all put together they just have to do alignment which alignment I had to pay out of my pocket. So they did the alignment the tires that were on the front when I took it in were worn out from the ball joints being bad and tie rod.. tires in the back were 80% better. Which any mechanic . Will tell you doing alignment on a front end that just got fixed supposedly you'll rotate the tires and put the better of the 4 tires on the front... That didn't happen get it back I have a noise coming from the front end then I pull up into the customer's driveway the day that I picked it up and oil is spraying everywhere on my motor and on the concrete of my customers house they broke my oil tube that holds the dipstick which they're not fixing and they broke it when I took it there it was fine picked it up it's broke.. had to take my truck back up there they're trying to charge me for putting on a new one too the ball joint that they put on the boot on the ball joint keeps flipping up and grease is getting everywhere now. They said that's common I've been to three other mechanic shops no if it's good ball joint in a good job you wouldn't never have that go up you do not want dirt or dust in brand new ball joints.. they charge more than a dealership.. I would expect a dealership quality.. I wish I would have waited and took my truck to thornberry Auto. Those guys are great over there great communication very good work but now I got to deal with this nightmare.. least I have video and proof and now my attorney is going to take care of it.. Now this latter has been posted for a while.. And if you can see there hasn't been a response from the owner because he knows he he lies and screws over customers... I can advise everyone run from this place.I have plenty of mechanics that have just recently told me in the past year they are crooks.. nope!!! Your shop in holly michigan.. Go back, you're supposed to break down a receipt.What my warranty company paid in?What I paid because my doctor bull was only two hundred dollars and I ended up walking away paying in seventeen hundred.. ford f350 6.4 burgundy.... You guys couldn't do a breakdown on the receipt.Your computer couldn't do it.That's what the guy at your front desk keep on saying.. No I have the right place.. You wanted to charge me for breaking my oil dipstick... nope this is the shop that will screw you.. then lies on his review.. I hope this will help everyone that see this.. post. Run from this place.. there's nothing but Crooks

Armstead is the best shop ever, my car broke down on me so I had it towed to armstead. with no appointment and they had my car fixed and running within 2 days, and on top of the speedy repair my car had a loose window control panel and the seat wouldn't slide on the track. They fixed both of them for me and I didn't even mention that they were broken, and they did it at no charge they truly care about their customers and definitely treat you like family. Will always be coming here for all of my services. THANKS ARMSTEAD !!!

Grateful for this local shop ? Wasn't overcharged and got my vehicle fixed quickly! Very knowledgeable and great service. 10/10. Will be returning and utilizing Armsteads as regular service is needed for all of my vehicles!

The guy who answers the phone is perfect for his job. He was super friendly and welcoming. I had an oil change. I thought it was a great price compared to other places I’ve been. Nice area to wait while your vehicle is worked on also. I will be back. I was also able to get service the same day I called for an appointment. Great job Armstead’s.
