When heading out to the lake close by I'd go to Alex's with my friends to grab snacks etc. I've been going for years and one of my favorite things was their banana pudding bread with a cream cheese frosting and chocolate chips. It was something I'd look forward to getting every summer.However the last few years I've gone that item would have mold on it. It is left on the shelf. I never realized in the past maybe it should be refrigerated since it has cream cheese, maybe in the past they made them fresh every few days so it wouldn't end up getting old who knows. Moral of the story I no longer get excited to go there like I used to because that bread has been molded each time I've gone. They have a huge selection of foods, someone should check it more often for expiration and turnover.

I stop here most mornings when I’m heading south on I75. The employees are always nice and I love their coffee. Great selections on many things. The big negative for me is the woman that used to make the breakfast pizza and other items is gone and the quality seems to be gone on their hot food. This morning I got coffee and 2 slices of breakfast pizza and the dough was raw. Hit or miss in that. I’m not into their breakfast burritos or other breakfast sandwiches. Kinda disappointed because there are not many other options while traveling I75 and I used to look forward to stopping here. I hope it will improve

This is one of the best gas stations/convenience stores I have ever patronized! Easy on and off the expressway in either direction. Amazing selection of beer, wine, gourmet food, and travel supplies. Good, friendly staff.

Amazing that my husband found this place with fresh food that was absolutely amazing and fresh, a large selection with good prices. It’s a great find to have a fresh variety of food as my husband being a truck driver and food being hard to find that is safe and fresh to eat this was a gem. The prices I’ll say were amazingly affordable for real food, these comments on this place are people who would pay 50$ at McDonald’s , who have zero taste or worry what they are putting in there body’s I hope we come back this way to stop here again!

Ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Food in the hot case is old at the end of the day. It's not refreshed at all. Low standards for food in the evening. Prices 3x what you should pay. Boneless wings $12/pound. I could go on.. just don't waste your money. Spend it somewhere else. This is a foreign owned establishment.

The foods they have are always amazing, I'll give em that. They are extremely over priced though, especially for gas station food. I'm willing to deal with that for convenience. However tonight I went in for some pizza. I asked how much for a whole one with 3 toppings. It was like 26$ which was super doable. Then I noticed they already had a full one in the display thing, so I told the lady I would just take that. At 4$ a slice, 6 slices, it evens out to about the same. The worker there refused to sell me the whole pizza!! Like refused a customer an obvious service that was available. She said I needed to wait until they made me a new one. I said I had no problem at all paying for it slice by slice, that I really didn't want to wait a half hour for what's already there. She then became extremely irritated and even aggressive about it. I tried to calmly rationalize with her, simply because none of this made sense to me and the business would lose no money in the process. She just got more irritated with me, so I told her to have a good evening and left. They've lost my business for life

Kim M makes food with love!! If she's in the kitchen while you're there be sure to grab something! Some of the best I've had in a long time. She really makes a difference back there! Last night was the first time I dealt with her, and I'll be back just for her sandwiches!! Thank you ??

LOVE THIS PLACE! Great staff! Wonderful food and an incredible assortment! Their deep dish meat lover's pizza made by the wonderful Kim is a BLAST! One slice and you will not be hungry for the rest of the day! $6.00 for a slice and a soft drink and you are set for the afternoon! Great food and an assortment to be believed! I work in Grand Blanc and look forward to this place every day! Hope you enjoy it! The prices are great and the food is awesome! Anyone who doesn't care for this incredible site needs to have their head examined! Value, cool and real food for real people!

Expensive but, good place to stop off the highway from time to time. Grab a bite, use the restroom. Pizza sticks, soups, crab salads. Wide variety of liquor.

Today me and my coworker stoped for our normal gas and snack run for the day card didn't work at the pump so we went inside, the chip on the card has been acting up. cashier asked Erick for help Erick assumed it was our first time coming to his establishment and said they stoped taking are type of card 2 years ago when it was just the day before we had gotten gas no problem at the pump. In addition to his arrogant behavior him not knowing I was with my coworker, he starts to turn it into a running joke around the store to customers And employees. Very un professional and just pathetic we have been going for months and after that display of 1st hand disrespect I will no longer be shoping at any of the alexis. Eric, you are the definition of an arrogant douche.

I agree with other commenters about price gouging. I have attached photos of beer prices - $25 + tax/deposit for a 12 pack of corona or Oberon is insane - you can get the same exact beers for almost 50% less at other stores in Fenton, and I did.They do have a pretty wide selection of beers, snacks, deli items. And the deli items have preservative-free ingredients. However, these items are very expensive also.Bottom line - I wouldn't recommend coming here to support these business practices.

Had a pastrami wrap here two weeks ago. Four hours after eating was coming out both ends. Must be food poisoning. Had issues with cleaning of grapes b4. But didn't think it was that bad till then . Never going back

Wow. Never been ripped off like this before!Chocolate truffle parfait found in their cold food area was inedible. Really bad. Such a strange unidentifiable texture and it cost 8.99 for an individual portion. Mackinaw Island Chocolate Walnut Fudge was a month from being expired. Whitish, rock hard, and stale.
