Third year taking truck in for the undercoating touch up. On the phone while scheduling they said they spray off the bottom of the vehicle before applying the undercoating. I can see in a spot that they missed that they did not remove the dirt from the frame before spraying the coating on and locking in the dirt.

I went to Ziebart of Holland In September of 2022.I got the-Rhino BedLiner-- Rustproof Undercoating-I took my 2014 Dodge Ram in to get Ziebart and Rhino-Liner when I picked it up. My precious rims had Ziebart all over them! Black dots everywhere.I also inspected the undercarriage and the Ziebart coating was applied extremely bad.-Drip spots in places--They sprayed right over my Rock light cables and over OEM connections underneath--They even got overspray on the plastic wheel wells-I was surprised when I inspected the Spare Tire Underneath the truck.It seems that they DID remove it and spray under it.So anyway…I immediately went back in and told her my problem and I asked the lady if they remove the tires during the Ziebart process… to which she gave me a Spheel about how Ziebart isn’t a licensed mechanic shop and legally they can’t remove tires….So anyway she went in the back and gave me “Mineral Spirits”She started helping me scrub off the spots on my rims.REALLY?!This is extremely unprofessional and a bad way of doing business.Ziebart of Holland you can do better. Have your Technicians wrap the tires and rims with plastic throughly. FRONT AND BACKYou have ruined my rims and you have also ruined my wiring underneath my truck. I have also had to replace my OEM Wheel Wells. This is all because your technicians work way to FAST and DONT TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.This is completely unacceptable.This is a warning to anyone who wants to get Ziebart.I recommend you do not get Ziebart.I recommend SALTS GONE AND Aerosol FLUID FILM.Ryan Mosley

The quality of the work was very nice and worth the price always glad to have them do the work however I was disappointed on my recent visit that when I requested to leave my truck inside all weekend and was promised it was until I get in Monday to pick it up only to find a thick layer of frost on the top of the vehicle and one of the team members told me it was pulled out Sunday...I was very disappointed as I had to wait until my windows defrosted for at least 15 min and I could have had a catalytic converter stolen.That's the only improvement I would request

I have been using ziebart for decades to protect my vehicles against rust and paint fade. My last vehicle was done by the dealership and they didn't use ziebart. I have regretted it because the paint still needs wax and the underbody sealant comes off in pieces. Ziebart is worth the investment rather than rust repair later.
