Excellent service by Stephan at Batteries Plus in Holland, who helped me get my phone battery changed quickly even though he had other clients ahead of me. He really saved me from having to wait, and come back another day. He really knows his job, and is extremely knowledgeable. He’s a 5 Star!

Ranae did a great job. I had to get my phone fixed quickly so I didn’t miss a flight. She got it in, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the battery. It is functioning like normal again. Great work!

My iPhone was giving me warnings about “severely degraded battery.” They replaced the battery; I think it’s better, but now it gives me warnings “unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery” so the usual info about battery health, etc, isn’t available.

Renae did an exemplary job in handling three battery needs. She was able to locate TWO proprietary batteries at reasonable prices. She also showed me how to replace the battery in a Cadillac fob.
I recommend this store without hesitation!
She even conquered a computer glitch which made her computer shut down repeatedly!

Apple users beware, not an Apple authorized location. I wanted to give this place a good review, but new information makes it hard to.I had them replace the back camera glass, camera is still foggy but now Apple won’t replace the camera because they worked on it. They never said they weren’t an authorized location and now I’m SoL. My camera is foggy and I can’t get it replaced because they can’t get the part and Apple refuses to work on it.Only good thing I can say is they did try to replace the glass again when I said it was foggy.Moral of the story: Apple users do not go here if you have a modern device that needs to be repaired by Apple.

This was a great experience. The cost of replacing the screen for my iPhone XS Max was reasonable. The replacement was done in a reasonable time and most of all the person who helped me was so friendly and professional- his name was Corbin.
