The pharmacy staff is so rude. Everytime I've dealt with them there's been complications, rudeness and even just picking the phone and hanging up before saying anything. My son has been very sick recently and when we had prescriptions sent here after a 3 week hospital stay, the treatment I received has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm so close to moving my pharmacy and inconveniencing myself. This isn't just one person but multiple times with multiple staff members in the pharmacy and over multiple visits. They are constantly out of multiple medications and you have to rearrange your schedule to their bad inventory stock. I'm over it, customer service shouldn't be this difficult.

The pharmacy is awful!! I gave a 2 because the people I deal with there seem to be trying but they are often times out of my medication, or the computers are down and nobody knows when they'll be back up. This time the computers are down the week of thanksgiving. What an awful week it must be for the employees not to mention customers, especially the ones who rely on meds to keep them alive. Someone at that store simply doesn't care and it may very well kill someone

The people who work at the pharmacy at this location are some of the laziest and most rude people you will ever meet. It is like pulling teeth to get them to do their job. They are combative and generally unhelpful.

Got a call saying my meds were ready and that the pharmacy was open until 9pm, get here at 8:22pm and get told the pharmacy closes at 6pm on Saturdays. Now I'm out of meds because I was lied to. This is completely unacceptable

Such an unreliable pharmacy. Never has my prescriptions filled on time and closes the pharmacy when they say they are open in store and online. Now I have to play phone tag to get my prescription filled elsewhere.

Every Walgreens in this town has an incompetent pharmacy because whoever runs it cannot keep it properly staffed. Literally had to wait for incredibly important medication for a week and a half, still hasn't been filled and I can't transfer the prescription. Unacceptable.

I would give zero stars if it let me. Drove there from Allegan for 3 days in a row to be told each time that my script would be ready tomorrow, so now it will be 4 days and a full tank of gas for a $5 script. The online service always says temporarily unavailable. I was even told over the phone each time it would be ready, certain pharmacist think they can hold your script as long as they want…this person should not be a pharmacist. So now it will be 4 days without. I will never use Walgreens again.

My daughter and I took my teenage grandson, who has autism and can get upset in stressful situations, for his Covid vaccine. The pharmacy staff were very accommodating and kind. They came to our car and we're quick and calm. We were grateful.
