I decided to to order photos from this Walgreens, and it was a mistake. I figured that would order them by noon, and pick them up as soon as they were done since we wanted to hang them that day by 5 at the latest. I placed the order at 12:10, and the one-hour pickup told me it’d be 1:35 at the very earliest. Which… isn’t an hour, but that’s fine.Fast forward to 2:30. It’s still not done. I decide to call them, since it was around holidays and I began wondering if maybe their department was closed or something. They assure me they got it, it’ll just take one more hour. I’m starting to get a bit frustrated now, but by that time I’ll still be able to hang it in time and that’s all that matters.Well, around 3:30, I get a call. It’s them, telling me that one of their machines broke. They informed me that it’s been broken for over a week, and they have no ETA for it being fixed. They’ll do my order as soon as they can, though.By this time, it’s questionable that I can place a whole new order somewhere else and get it in time. I understand that sometimes things break, and I understand why it might be difficult to program the system to warn people of that when placing an order. But at the same time, it shouldn’t have taken them 3 hours to even realize that they couldn’t fulfill my order.I ordered from another Walgreens and it was ready in 30 minutes, thankfully.

The pharmacy staff is awful. I pulled into the drive thru and there was no one at the window, therefore I pushed the call button. A female employee hastily came to the window and said VERY rudely “there is NO NEED to push the button”Most other encounters make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them by picking up your prescriptions.

The absolute worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to! I’ve tried to use their photo department four times in the last 6 months and every.single.time they don’t print my order even though they are “one hour prints”, I’ve missed out on birthday and Christmas gifts and they truly cannot care less when you ask about why this happens. Today I wanted to avoid getting my two kids out of the car to go in and have the same situation and I called twice and both times it said no one was available. So I went to the store and walked in only to find 4 employees sitting at the photo counter doing absolutely nothing and yet again, my order wasn’t ready and they said they could do it now but couldn’t tell me how long it would take so if I didn’t want to wait I could cancel it and try a different location. Like why do you have a photo counter? Also - I did cancel and order to the jenison store and they were ready by the time I drove the 35 minutes to get there. This store just needs to close.

This store is amazing!!!!! Emily was super helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got the medication I needed. Couldn't be more grateful.

The staff comes off as inconvenienced by being there, and that it doesn't really matter if customers are there or not. Not on one occasion, but several. They need a self scan lane. Too often the one employee is behind the photo counter ignoring the line at the check out lane. Or if there's two, one is behind the photo counter, and the other is staring at a wall unaware that there are even customers in the building. I've never even tried the pharmacy, nooooo way. It's closed most of the time anyway

Absolutely the slow's pharmacy an Walgreens in the world. I was told my medication would be done in 15-20 mins an i ended up waiting almost a whole hour. If your looking 2 get in an out of a pharmacy don't go here ‼

I walked in and waited at the photo counter for about 5 minutes and rang the bell. Rachel walked up to me and said, what do you want. I let her know I ordered pictures. She was sighing and looked very stressed. She then started to question me about the size of my pictures I ordered. I kept telling her I didn’t know, regular photo size? She proceeded again to ask me the size, I replied…I’m not sure, 4x8?? She said, no it’s 4x6. She grabbed the pictures and proceeded to charge me. I told her I already paid from the app. She replied, no you didn’t. I showed her my email from PayPal and she said the transaction isn’t finished so I have to pay. I paid again. As I walked away she complained to another customer that she is having a “Monday”. I’ve been ordering from Walgreens for the past 15 years. I felt like I was burdening her and heard her talk to another customer about her Monday (me) before I walked away. So here I sit, getting charged twice with craptastic pictures that are smeared. I’ll just start ordering from Amazon so I don’t ruin Rachels Mondays anymore

Was in the drive-through lane behind another vehicle. Pulled up right at 9 pm as the other car pulled away. They looked at me and only spoke to me after I didn’t leave for a couple minutes. Said “the pharmacy is closed” (it closed right at 9 pm). I told them I was in line right behind the guy who was just served and needed a simple antibiotic Rx for my daughter, but they didn’t care. Very poor service. Would recommend patronizing a local pharmacy like Skip’s, Paul’s, Bunte’s etc instead.

The pharmacy constantly closes their drive through and never tells you. I had my dog with me and I had to drive all the way home and then back just to get a perscription because they were refusing to do window service and made you come inside. This place is ridiculous. Poor service and there should be notifications the drive through closes that frequently.

Just stopped to see if they had button batteries. They're batteries were mostly empty.
