This location is an absolute joke! They have called to notify me that prescriptions are ready only to show up a few hours later to find out that they restocked my prescriptions multiple times.Multiple times, they have misfilled prescriptions in the non-prescribed & more expensive form and then argued with me about how that is what the doctor has prescribed, forcing me to call my doctor's office or pay for the more expensive medication. Each time I have called my doctor's office and they are baffled due to the fact that the prescription that they have on file has not changed in years and they have no idea why it was incorrectly filled AGAIN and that they have to contact the pharmacy AGAIN to straighten it out.I have no idea why I have kept this as my pharmacy for so long.Save yourself the time, trouble, and headache and go ANYWHERE else.

I had purchased an ice pack from them, and when I got home it exploded, I paid 16$ for it so I figured I could go and get a refund or an exchange. When I went to get the exchange, they claimed they needed a receipt for "insurance purposes." I had went to see if there was a receipt and it turns out they didn't give me one, even though they should have. For $16 I shouldn't have been given a faulty product and instead of rectifying the situation they denied me service. Will never shop here again.

In 2 separate incidents, Kimberlyn has dealt and fixed my problems with friendly and knowledgeable efficiency. She is a great asset to your store. After calling once confirming they will have my daughter’s prescription ready, and visiting twice today to pick up my 5 month old’s daughter’s medicine and it’s not ready either of those times, but “they will have it ready tomorrow morning.”I don’t understand. I work full time. My husband works full time. My daughter has epilepsy. I don’t have time to go to Walgreens a third time this week but here I go. I know this business is stressful but I’m not impressed.

Pharmacy is frequently missing prescriptions and their solution is for me to call a bunch of other places to find it on my own then transfer the prescription. Why can’t they just look for other Walgreen’s with stock for me. Very frustrating.Also the parking lot is awful.

I have been coming here to get my meds for 6 years and I have never really had a problem except one time when getting a prescription late, and them never having it on time or in stock but it has gotten better, which is all I can ask. I have been taking the drive through with my dog and they are so adorable giving my dog a few dog bones, and their friendly demeanor!

Very good place but computers are going crazy but if you get (Sara) she is very awesome ? she will go above and beyond the call of duty and be very helpful on your needs and be very honest with you never meet her just on the phone but I think she just awesome I highly recommend this place if you get (Sara) the you day will be GREAT ? ? ? ? ☺️ ?

The last 5 months only twice did they have the prescription in stock. Told this time that there computer was still down after 3 days and maybe will be fixed on Monday.

If you are on any controlled substances, specifically ADHD meds, do not send your script here. They will not call you and tell you they are out of stock, you just get to call them yourself and find out you wasted a few days waiting for a prescription they can’t even fill. Poor communication.

We have been waiting for our scheduled flu vaccine for over 45 minutes. The lady in line in front of me with no appointment asked if she could do a walk-in. They took her before me and my husband. I am disappointed. I made the appointment because my husband has Parkinson's and we make an appointment because waiting an hour at Walgreens is very difficult for a guy with Parkinson's

Be honest, how hard is it to enter someone's date of birth and find their prescription? Because this pharmacy makes it seem like it is the challenge of the century. I waited 20 minutes in the store where the line kept getting longer and longer, but the same person was still being helped. No one else behind the counter bothered to be useful. So I went outside and got in the drive thru line which was the same mess. Ended up leaving without my prescription because I had already waited 45 minutes and couldn't wait any longer. The majority of people who are picking up a prescription don't have over 45 minutes to wait to be helped!!
