DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!I called 3 days in a row to get a prescription refilled. Each time they told me it would be ready in 90 minutes. And when I call to check on the status it said they weren't filling anything. I called today and was told 90 minutes again. When I got here they had no record of me asking for a refill. So now I am here waiting to get a med I needed 3 days ago.Do not come here, they are always slow and can't seem to figure out how to fill meds!!!!

Worst pharmacy is ever seen in my life. Never had your prescriptions always trying to push generic meds when u wants name brand even your insurance wants name brand. They treat people like garbage and leave your in line for hrs. They don't care and it's obvious. I sent in my prescription a week ago thinking it would be ready in time. They said they aren't even going to put in a request until tomorrow.

This location is by the far the worst Walgreens out there. Pharmacy always has a line of at least 3-4 people and usually takes them about a half hour each. Nobody behind the counter seems to have any motivation to do anything, let alone do it timely. Drive thru is supposed to be quick but better reserve at least an hour. Each lane is always 3-5 cars deep and again take forever doing ONE AT A TIME. Also been called by them saying meds are ready, show up 2-3 hours later and it’s still not ready. This is the case on every single visit. Done with these clowns!

The store is great but the pharmacy is absolutely incompetent! They don't even deserve 1 star! Stay away if you care about your health because they don't ! They will screw up your medications and your insurance then act like you are in the wrong when you finally go off on them after they screw up every month for 3mos in a row!

I’m not one to leave reviews but the pharmacy at this Walgreens has had some issues recently with filling prescriptions, communication, and wait time. I was told my prescription would be ready for me same-day. Got a text that it was delayed. My doctor wanted me to get my medication that same day so the delay was actually an issue for me medically. I went the next day to pick up the 3 month supply but after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru (after being told my prescription was ready), I got to the front of the line and was asked to wait in line again because it wasn’t ready. I waited over 40 mins total and only one month supply was ready. Was told the rest would be ready 5 days later. I didn’t need the other 2 months immediately so I waited an additional week beyond the 5 days to go back to the pharmacy. I was just told that they do not have anything in stock for me and that insurance will not allow me to pick up the other portion of my prescription until the end of the month. I was not told this at any point. Very frustrating to have to go 5 times for one simple prescription fully covered by insurance, and be told all different answers with no apology for the miscommunication or wait time. I would not recommend this Walgreens pharmacy to others. The store itself is fine.

very strange day at Walgreens. I grabbed a prescription from the pharmacy and went to check out. I was behind in time I had to go. When I got to the cashier station there was nobody there. I stood around and looked at the candy bars and was expecting to see a store employee any moment. Nope....nobody.came. I bet I waited there for another 5 minutes before another customer walked up behind me. I told her the situation and we. joked about grabbing the candy bars and running. But still, nobody. Not a single soul. I thought about going back to the pharmacy but then I became quite annoyed by all of this. And I thought about the candy bars again..... even knowing I lacked the ambition and courage to do such a thing. Just then the cashier was among us. Thank heavens, I needed to go. Before the employee could come to the cashier station, then made a bee dive for the photo station and I was now, more than late. A split second later, a young cashier that looked like a deer caught in headlights, came out from the seasonal aisle and finally was at the register. She was taking a bathroom beak, she said. Iwas so happy to leave the store that day.

Have had very good experiences. These are tough times for everyone, seems we're all less supportive. Recognizing this is an Era we've not experienced, covid is major scary, we need to exercise patients with our pharmacy. I applaud my Walgreens on Washington Ave, the staff , pharmacists, are doing a great job!A thank you, I'm sure, is appreciated,

I would give the pharmacy a 0 if I could. Signed up for a flu shot online and waited an hour to be seen. Had to question the people on what was going on. People that came in after me got stuff before me. If you’re gonna make an appointment online just come an hour late. Maybe it’ll be your time. Ridiculous

I stopped in yesterday while they were extremely busy and short staffed. The wait was understandable considering the circumstances. The employees worked diligently and remained composed despite the obviously stressful environment. They deserve to be commended for keeping composure under pressure.

Made a Covid 19 testing appt. early in the morning. Went there at 4 and they tell me, oh, we didn't have any one all day to work the drive thru. I think they would have record of the appt, I had to provide email and phone number but yet they couldn't call to tell us that no one was available. Plus, not even a sorry said.

It’s amateur hour at the Walgreens Pharmacy drive through on 32nd and S. Washington. Try not to schedule your Coronavirus test here.
