Went into dump my TracFone. Worked with Cassidy. He did a wonderful job! He was very patient with this old lady and made sure my new phone was working properly when I left.
The manager, Kim, was also very nice.
If you are wondering why I had contact with both, Verizon had an issue with me being me. She and Cassidy fixed it.
Very happy so far.
The next issue will be reception, but that's not the local store's concern.

I love Verizon, never had any issues with them and always kind and good service with each repair. I have 15 years with Verizon and enjoying it . Other carriers try to get me to leave all the time, But I will not do such a thing

I’ve been a Verizon customer for a long time. I have been very happy with the service over the years. My experience at this store, located on the north side Holland, was absolutely fantastic. My daughter dropped her phone in the lake on Memorial Day weekend, and we went to pick up anew phone. The store manager, Chase, was beyond helpful and genuinely friendly. He made a bad day MUCH better! Thank you!
I do wish they had the prices on the phone cases and other accessories clearly labeled rather than having to ask an associate.

once again the north holland store shows that jeans and t shirts are not worth there time. went in today for help, rudely told all we can do is switch sim card. waited 45 + min while they helped other that came in after me. driving out 2 behind building on break. bet if i go back in suit and tie things would be different. there loss i had the money to buy a new phone with me. sure wont buy from them again (30yrs with verizon)

A few staff are not helpful at all. And the manager even worse don't know the differences between phone can even tell 24 ultra have physical sim or not. I don't know how he qualify for that position.

I just left Verizon as a mobile phone provider and thought I had paid my last bill. Not so, they sent a bill for $.65 - yes 65 cents. So I stopped into the store to pay that, but all I had was a large bill and change from the truck. When the manager saw I was paying with change/coins - he became rude and standoff-ish. He signed me in and went back to playing with his phone. When I asked if he could help or long a wait this $.65 was gonna cost me he said he did not know how long and he was busy....playing on his phone. Then he just ignored me. I finally was helped and it took all of 45sec to complete. The manager on duty and how he behaved confirmed to me I made the right call in leaving Verizon. Very happy at my new carrier.....you many want to think twice before visiting the Holland North Side Store on Park by Meijer.

I upgraded my phone at Best Buy (better overall customer service in my experience than Verizon). I had to bring my trade in phone to the Verizon store. The Best Buy associate made sure there was a note on my account so the trade in went well when I dropped the phone off. I went into the Verizon store and waited 30 min for someone to even address me after I checked in. A man finally came up to me to handle the trade in. He said there was nothing on the account and could not help with the trade in. He went on to say what Best Buy did wrong and he could only give me face value for the phone. He did not attempt to help me in any way other than say Best Buy is not connected to their business and he could not help other than offer face value. I got pretty irritated at this point because he didn’t offer any help or ask any questions. As I began walking away I said this was “stupid” (meaning the situation and also not something I usually say). He then yelled across the store when he heard that and said I was stupid. I then got more upset and said that I couldn’t believe someone in customer service would say that. I asked for a manager which he responded that he was the manager. He then began to walk towards me. Another associate tried to stop him but he refused and said he would handle it. He went on saying how he is a person and doesn’t deserve to be treated that way. I was so in shock of how he felt he was being treated and he ignored that I was the customer who was not taken care of. I left and went back to Best Buy where in 5 min I was taken care of and out the door. I am just shocked how customer service is so poor and how even a manager has no clue how to provide customer service. That is the second time I have left that store with a bad experience and found better service at Best Buy. I would not recommend going to this store.
