Went to pick up my prescription and use a coupon, had to go through the line 2 times to find out they wouldn't accept the coupon, said I was on Medicare a government funded insurance, which I am not, tried to explain there was mistake, then he became extremely rude, I called the insurance company and they called meijers, they entered the wrong code on my file which put me in the government funded category, Insurance company verified they fixed myInformation, Meijer also refills prescriptions randomly, picked up a script last week that they just filled a week before

Did shopping on line and this is what I found when I got home. I live 30 miles from the Holland store. I email them and get a response saying “sorry, come to the store so we can fix this”. Wow. Their fault, I need the product this weekend, and they want me to waste my time and money to fix their mistake. How about a full refund on the product so I can buy a replacement locally at a different store? And I selected the wrong option, meant to say I don’t recommend them.

Went to meijer to get some food as usual and tried to buy some bull soup on clearance that’s usually 5.99 marked down to 4.19, when it scanned up to 5.99 I told the lady that meijer is supposed to honor the price the tag in the isle says, but she scanned it on her phone and said “no, it’s 5.99”. Lazy and absolutely bad customer service.

I've tried most pharmacies in Holland and the Meijers 16th St Pharmacy is by far the very best. Why do I say this? They have a terrific staff who are always courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and very business-like. Above all, they are patient and helpful to everyone who walks in - people of color, minority ethnic groups, people with great difficulty speaking, people with mobility issues, etc. The difference between this pharmacy and others in Holland is so striking that I have to assume that the staff must have been trained extensively. I have made so many trips there for myself and other family members and I have never come away with a negative experience. I'm aware that buying medicine is not like buying groceries or cosmetics - it is very complicated and regulated. And yet, the staff there always explains things well and doesn't get frustrated with clients who get frustrated and angry.

store looks nice with the remodel but it's not easy to shop. all I wanted was hand soap and shampoo. nothin is together anymore, hand soap 3 different spots shampoo 3-4 different spots. I wont go back there for for any of that. I would rather go to dollar general I can get what I want without the hassle

Meijer is always the best pharmacy... sometimes doctors don't respond quickly but the Meijer pharmacy is always helpful. The new drive thru is a great improvement. They take GoodRx coupons, which is helpful. Also - they can do walk up COVID vaccines. I got mine already but recommended to a friend.

I started using this pharmacy because it's a preferred pharmacy for my insurance. However, I am not happy with their service, they don't remind you of refills, they take forever to answer the phone and they are very rude!

Don’t recommend their pick up option. Worst service ever. I went for a friend who’s disabled and waited for over an hour and never got her order. What’s worse is when Meijer was called to ask about the order they told us it would be out in a few minutes. It was 20 minutes after that phone call and nothing. Other customers who had arrived 20-30 minutes after us were being served. There is no sense of organization to their system. I saw people who where sitting there for 10 minutes get served before people who were sitting there for 30 minutes. Your order is clearly NOT ready when they email you about it and it’s NOT ready when you’re there. Worst pickup service ever. Walmart has better pick up service and their customer service is pathetic.

Had a terrible experience with the Meijer Pick Up tonight. Drove 45 minutes to pick up my order only to get a text when I pull in the parking lot my order wouldnt be ready for another hour. So I wait an hour and then I get another text it wont be ready until the next morning! This is apsolutely ridiculous! You pick a time when you place your order! Then to change the time 2 times and each time with such a short notice! I was already there to pick it up. They need to seriously change their pick up service. I am now home with no groceries and I cant go back in the morning. Wasted 3 hours of my night. My shopping was suppose to be done for me!
