If I could give ZERO stars I would.No I will not contact you. Yall have not been helpful making my experience with you the worst I've ever experienced with any bank. And I can tell everyone based off my experience they do NOT go out of their way to help you resolve said issue!!! Be warned when banking here!!

United Federal Credit Union is playing games to try to cheat members. For months my cardperks points didn't accumulate, even though I'd spent a few thousand dollars using my card as credit. Called them - and of course you get someone who's either in Phillipines of India and knows nothing except how to read the script in front of them. "We are aware of this problem...yada yada yada..." After several more weeks, my points finally updated - BUT! - UFCU played another game! They fixed my cardperks so I'm required to indicate on the screen which of my accounts I want the money to go into, and then they made sure it doesn't work and I have no options for accounts! I contacted the online chat - told me they would have it fixed in 4-5 days. That came and went - still can't transfer my points into cash back. Went onto online chat again - said it would be fixed within 24 hours. That came and went - still not taken care of. Called the call center number, spoke to a guy who said he'd call and have them put the money in my account while I was on the phone - then said they couldn't do it because they don't have that option with my account either (lies). Said he called his "rep" and it was fixed. Guess what? NOT FIXED. Still couldn't transfer into my account. Called the same guy. Said it takes 24 hours "to populate" on the system (lies - my husband is an IT Exec with 30 years in IT Management - you can change your password and within 60 minutes it's changed anywhere in the world, and they change they're talking about would be immediate). Told the guy since it was fixed to transfer the money like he said he could do. Humming and hawing, he stammered, "Oh...um... we can't do that anymore...um...people would say they didn't call and then they'd get double deposits...(do these people really think I'm this stupid?). Guess what - it's now 36 hours after the imaginary "populated" moment has passed. Cardperks cash back transfer STILL set up to not go through. Hmmm... could it be they don't make money on us with overdrafts, so they are unwilling to give us this money we have coming through their own system set up when we opened the account??? This gets fixed Monday morning or we close our accounts, pull our money, and I refi our car with the new financial institution we go with. Ironically, I left 2 messages with a loan person at UFCU Friday planning to refi my husband's car through them... These stupid points that add up to less than $100 are going to cost UFCU a whole lot more than that. I don't do business with cheats and liars.

Love this place everyone is so happy here, an respectful, polite, always willing to explain so you understand exactly wut is happen with your account. Very freindly employees, an the place is always clean.

I will never ever do business with United Federal Credit Union. On more than 1 occasion they tried to pull money out of another account. The first I tried to do skip a payment. The second they still pulled money out and tried to put it towards an auto loan which I had paid off 3 weeks earlier and I closed my account with them. Then continually told me they sent my money back, yes found out they did however they sent it to the bank without giving any account information.

I absolutely love this credit union. I have my car loan through them and they are so flexible and understanding. Staff is always pleasant as well.
