There have been several times I have not been able to make my car payment. Making their customers pay late fees for their ineptitude is ridiculous.

I would give them a minus two stars if possible. I am taking about the UFCU company as a whole. We had an auto loan with them and I have never spoken to so many rude and /or unhelpful people as I have in dealing with their main office. Run far away from this company.

I have been a customer of UFCU for years. They have always been friendly and quick to help anytime I ask. Their online banking app is extremely user friendly. Would recommend them to everyone

I’ve been banking with UFCU for quite some time now. I can’t recall a single issue I’ve had with them and the many branches I’ve been to.Being new to the area I expected that same experience would continue but, unfortunately that is not the case and I am disappointed with the service I have received at this branch location.
