I do not know the name of who helped me, but whoever they are was EXCEPTIONALY unhelpful. They would not answer my questions with an answer deeper than "yes" or "no." I asked to modify my rental and they said it had to be done through the app and they could not do anything to help me. This lady did not look like she enjoyed her job or wanted to help us.When we hooked up our trailer, the store manager helped us and she was very helpful and gave good advice. I liked her!The trailer we ended up renting broke a spring 100 miles into our journey. It was a very old trailer. Not sure what maintenance U-Haul does, but I feel this should have been caught before we rented. I will however give kudos to U-Haul roadside assistance, as they dispatched someone to come to help us very quickly. We ended up not needing them, as we were able to limp the trailer to the nearest U-Haul store.Would I rent again from U-Haul of Holland, yes. I would however try to get the store manager to help us and not get an old trailer.

Initially overcharged, after calling they corrected the error. They didn't seem to care about the customer (not just us) at all, just shuffling trucks. Always disconnections between information given online and what they actually have at the store.

Do not rent a uhaul here— if you can find another place in the area I highly recommend you go there. If I could rate my experience with this uhaul establishment zero stars, I would. My sister reserved a cargo van online a month in advance and received a follow up confirmation call immediately. Originally reserved for pick up at 11 PM (after store hours, open till 7) we moved our pick up time to 9 PM. Our destination had height restrictions, thus we specifically needed the cargo van. My sister called two times in the month between the initial confirmation and our pick up time just to ENSURE we would have the van. While we got a flat tire on our way to pick up the van, had to take our car to pep boys and then ultimately arrived at midnight, regardless our pick up time was after hours and thus had to be through the “24 hour pick up” portal. When we tried to check in online, despite seeing the cargo van on lot, it said our reservation “wasn’t available”. We called the general uhaul helpline and we were told the cargo van wasn’t available and that we could only take a box truck, despite our initial reservation/multiple confirmations. After reading the 24 hour service board, I noticed Lauren Zoerman, the manager whose name is pridefully plastered all over the building, had her number listed for 24 hour help so I called. She was extremely rude on the phone, saying cargo vans were not available for 24 hour pick up and then hung up on me. Why be available for 24 hour service if you can’t deliver that service? And why confirm a reservation for a cargo van multiple times in advance if cargo vans aren’t available for 24 hour pick up? This establishment is clearly irresponsibly managed and we ultimately had to use our own small car for the task at hand which was incredibly frustrating/difficult especially after all our work to get to our reservation. Horrible customer service— be warned.

Will not be returning to this uhaul. The guy that works the counter is literally clueless. I rented the uhaul online and paid with my card. Upon picking up the uhaul the dude tried to make me pay for the uhaul again and I told him I wasn’t paying anything because it had already been paid for. Then he proceeded to tell me I still owed $250 for a damage deposit and I’d get it back once I returned the truck and car dolly. It’s been 2 weeks and I still hadn’t received the deposit back so I called and was told that I never paid a deposit. The $250 I paid was for the car dolly and I wouldn’t be getting that money back. So moral of the story, I was charged almost $900 all together because I was double charged and they won’t give me any money back.

I needed to change my truck rental reservation to TODAY. The staff “bent over backwards” to make this happen. It was a very satisfying experience.

Uhaul was great. Down side, when I returned the truck a day early, they asked if an email receipt was good. I said yes, but still no email after 2 days.

I’ve had to come here around three times and it’s always super easy and convenient. I messed up a reservation today but they were still able to get me exactly what I needed, and the guy at the front counter was so kind and helpful!!

I called to make a reservation, and when I got there Lauren the manager told me she'd made another reservation on the same trailer so I'd have to have it back by 5 pm the same day. These rentals are for 24 hrs, supposedly. Then she tells me she can't give me a break on the price. How do you want me to get the trailer back in 1/4 of the 24 hr period because you made another reservation, but you want me to pay full price? Less effort on having a pretty bathroom, more effort on actually providing a rental service ... I walked out - never get a dime from me ...

Helped my nephew move and went with him to get a truck and stuff he needed here the staff member Kaleb helped us he was very helpful answered all our questions politely he was also funny very down to earth and didn't rush us but got us in and out quite timely what usually is a headache and takes up to much time with having to rent a truck on moving day Kaleb made it a breeze and put smiles on our faces highly recommend this U-Haul and storage if moving in this area need more people like Kaleb working with customers he's very pleasant

Friendly staff. At pickup, with appointment, truck front window caked with snow. Had to remove the rental placard from interior front window. The driver-side sun visor was broken. The driver door did not close tight, resulting in excessive wind noise. The vehicle was not fully-fueled and the gas gauge was extremely slow to respond, making it impossible to match the starting fuel level and causing the tank to be filled, costing more than it should have for fuel. The location is clean and easy to find/access.

This was the BEST uhaul I've ever been to. I was early for my order but the associate was so helpful and nice! She gathered all my items quickly which was tons of stuff. The place is very big, clean and fully stocked with everything. I wish all Uhaul facilities were like this one. Great customer service! Thank you!
