They offered a free inspection and followed through, helping me find the issue with my car within an hour. Using a financing bank I was able to get my car repaired within a couple days and now I can pay off the expensive repair over time instead of all at once. I needed new wheel bearings on my front wheels.
The staff was so kind and straight forward with me and I even got to speak to the financing department when I was nervous about the payment plan. The repair was done quickly and they were even kind enough to give me a ride when I had to leave my car overnight.
I usually hate the mechanics, a lot can go wrong when you aren't sure what you need for your car. Tuffy put me at ease and driving off the lot felt like I had been given a brand new car. Thank you guys!

Replaced my alternator and 2 tire rods for an expected price, was professional about what was good and bad, and had it all done in a reasonable time frame. Considering it was on a 2003 CRV? I understand why they time frame took what it did XD

For over ten years I have trusted Tuffy with my vehicles. Every time I bring my car in for maintenance and repairs, they text me updates with pictures that are clear and easy to understand. The guys are all really great, they always listen and definitely go above and beyond.

I live 1.5 hours out of town and (barely) arrived at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon with some serious engine issues. The manager, Derek, gave me an estimate and was able to work with us to accommodate our budget. His tech committed to stay as long as it took to complete the repairs, and get me back home the same night! Thank you!

I had a nail in my tire, they were able to take it out and reseal it in the matter of 15 minutes - free of charge. Incredible & smooth work :)

Disappointed with Unnecessary Repair Demands
I recently visited Tuffy Tire for a specific repair I needed on my vehicle. During the inspection, they suggested several additional repairs that I didn’t feel were necessary at the time. When I asked if they could just perform the one service I needed, they refused, saying they wouldn’t do the work unless I agreed to all the suggested repairs.
This felt like an upsell tactic rather than a genuine concern for my vehicle’s needs. I understand the importance of maintaining a car, but being forced to agree to unnecessary repairs is frustrating. I went in for one problem, but they were unwilling to help me unless I committed to everything.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service and likely won't be returning.
And i dont recommend this to any of my friends circle.

Returned for brake inspection and tire rotation. Great experience and customer service from floating manager. Will keep going back.
