We rented a dance floor and chairs for our daughter's wedding. It could not have been an easier process. We even had to add the chairs to our order very last minute and they were so accommodating. Zero issues with delivery and pickup. Would highly recommend using this company for any rental.

Highly recommend Taylor True Value Rental in Holland MI !! Excellent service & met every single need we had for my daughters wedding. They even had items I needed for renting. Both people in the rental part were very helpful & know their job very well. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Called to get a quote on equipment. It rang so long the call was put on hold. I waited over 10 mins and finally drove to the building. Was still on hold when I pulled in. Hang up and go inside and the 2 people at the front desk were just sitting there, dude was on his phone and when i mentioned i was on hold for over 10 mins and had time to drive to the store and dude on his phone got an attitude with me and said well when we are busy you wait on hold. There were zero customers there and they were not working on checking in equipment. If you want to waste your time and money keep using Taylor, if you want quality equipment, timely service, and respectful people, just go down the road to CDR.
