I have Mitch and his team in GR service all my vehicles however since time was short I called Dykstras in Holland. They were able to see my car within the hour for an inspection. Failed to get their names, but the two gentlemen I spoke to (Khiry was one of them) at the front desk were phenomenal. Like "my pleasure" chicken fast food restaurant level nice. Tire pressure light came on while I was heading to work. Didn't have an appointment but went to get it checked out. Got there right around 9 AM, was estimated to take until 10:30 AM, but they finished up right around 10 AM. Turns out the issue was my sensor not my tire (thank goodness!). Grateful that I wasn't charged any sort of service fee for what appeared to be an easy fix.
I will definitely visit this location in the future. Thanks again!”
“Can't say enough great things about everyone here! My employer has an account here and I've always been in and out in very reasonable times! To top things off we were recently in a bind when a tire on one of our trailers failed shortly before a scheduled delivery. “This place is responsive and responsible. They were awesome setting up the appointment and ready for me when I arrived. When going to work on my tire they told me I was missing the key to my locking lug nut. The dealership suggested they could ruin the locking the nuts & replace with standard nuts after the tire was installed. The service guy was reluctant to do so bc he was concedes about ruining the tire in the process. I appreciated their concern for my car rather than just trying to make the sale. They were understanding & offered several options to me! I’ll go back there next time! Bill and the gang are great.”

They called us a half hour later and said that she only needed one new tire in the front, we were extremely happy with the honesty and the efficiency ! great place to go highly respected by us.
