Asked for burrito supreme no beans. They gave me all beans ? I almost puked. Also ordered locos taco supreme. Got it with just meat and sour cream ? also ordered and paid for side nacho cheese. Never got it. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to

I went here for an interview i had to reschedule because the supervisor had put it for a time that they had a small renovation then the next day when i show up for my interview she said i had to reschedule it again and when i said i cant she cussed me out in front of customers proceeded to tell me how worthless i was and how she would never hire some one like me all before the interview started

Screw this place and the people. The order taker would respond to my questions with a rude question of her own, just to charge 1.20 for a quarter size side of Sour cream. Fire every employee.

I'm not going to say the older man at the drive thru window is racist but I didn't have a very inviting experience. I have tint on my windows and he was smiling before I rolled my window down where I was greeted with a stale face. He just reached his arm out for my payment, didn't give me a total or say hello. I gave him my card and he grabbed by the corner and returned it that way as if he was scared to accidentally touch hands. He handed me my food and drinks without saying any words. The entire transaction was silent. I didn't even get a have a nice day. They weren't busy so its not like he didn't have time to be personable. He just didn't want to. Definitely not a personality I would want at my businesses drive thru window.

Y’all rebuilt this place for it to be trash what happen to customer service and making sure people get there orders . Ill never eat here again or take orders here ever again they are the worst like how are you suppose to get employees if you can’t even treat customers right that’s a bit crazy don’t you thing . Who ever owns this portion of the franchise should be questioned because this person I wouldn’t do business with your suppose to make people want to come there to get this food . Instead y’all make it seem like we have to eat here we don’t . Just and fyi you get your money from customers not employees remember that and it will take you far in life and yes I am a business owner I own several. Just know I thought about using you guys as a sponsor for my next event but I’ll pass . Thank your employees for that I don’t do business with franchise owners that don’t seem to be dedicated to making things better for customers . You just helped your lazy selves not do any work if that’s the case go get on welfare or sit at home with the wife and kids or husband and kids or just simply stay home because y’all are not good at all for business and I don’t mind saying it either . Trust it’s not hard to find me !

Tables aren't completely dirty. Some of them have leftover food on them. Others are sticky and still wet from wipe downs. Service is good. And the atmosphere is positivity fine.
