Store is clean and seems to run quite efficiently. Employees we’ve encountered are all helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Trizzy, she was very helpful and patient with our phone problems. Seems to be a very knowledgeable staff.

Got my son his first phone for Christmas and it was riddled with issues, after two months of dealing with tech support I finally went in the store for a second time as a last ditch effort. Robert M. helped us fix this long running issue within 30 minutes! He was polite and personable the entire time and added a calmness to the situation. Highly thankful for this team.

Very cooked, stopped to check on their service, got a bill for $235. A couple of months later. Never signed up for anything. Took several phone calls, letters, and finally a trip to one of their stores to get everything settled. I hope, time will tell.

Went to T mobile to have my old phone transferred to a new phone and the guy who helped me was phenomenal!! He was the best multitasker I’ve ever seen and his customer service exceeded all m expectations! Thank you so much!!

My husband and I are switching to T-Mobile from Verizon and have been working with Trizzy who is amazing. She has a bubbly personality and is friendly. She has been so helpful throughout this process even though we have had some hang ups on the Verizon end of things. All of the staff has seemed very nice both times we have been in there, but Trizzy is a gem!

Trizzy worked with me on a difficult issue for over 3 hours across two days. She was friendly and supportive even though my problem was super aggravating! 100% recommend working with her and her team.

Customer service is terrible. Sales person or other staff were not helpful, Rushed us out the store, We did go to another store where employees were friendly and very helpful. If you want good service, avoid this store . They need more sales and customer training .

Staff was incredibly helpful in setting me up with a new phone, a new plan, and my old number. They had a lot of their hands with the problem I presented them but (I believe these were their names) Adam and Karen rose to the occasion. Thank you for a small holiday miracle!
