came in at 8pm and the roller grill was empty per usual. ordered a pizza from the Cafe and the male worker " Alex " was very rude when I asked a simple question about how to order. Cashier bored and on phone. never coming back here. ?

Like other people on the reviews, waited 10 minutes for a sandwhich when they weren’t busy at all, and he only started making my order when i started waiting for the sandwhich instead of when i was shopping.

Took my nieces and nephew there. Niece opened the drawer to see if there was any hot dogs cooking since the roller grill was empty. The cashier yelled at her kicked her out and called the cops. Called corporate and store manager whose name is allison did nothing about it. Never ever again will I go in this store again.

Tried to purchase fuel with additional discount, which showed on the pump, then inserted payment card. The transaction was then cancelled without any input by me and the additional discount was LOST!

Waited 10 minutes for a sandwich. Bread was dangerously stale. This sandwich ended up so crispy i cant eat it. The top of the bun is as hard as a crouton. Staff was slow and rude. I pointed out an issue with a sign and the lady got really short with me like I was trying to scam her. Sorry for knowing how to read. Didn’t mean to flex like that.

A gas station that's less than promised. Speedway was the first in West Michigan to offer a hot food service cafe at select locations. When this store opened it was instantly the best of the handful of other offerings at this exit. However, over the last two years, quality and service have fallen badly. Of note, the cafe seems to be closed most of the time. Self-service coffee machines have mismarked selections. Creamer bins are empty, lids for coffee and cold drinks are nowhere to be found. What started out as a fun find is now a real disappointment.

Would be five stars but being yelled at by the pump the whole time you are pumping at 100 db is unnecessary. They do have rec gas though!

We have used Speedway for years but this location is dismal. I have tried to get a frozen mocha a half dozen times and it has never worked. The biggest issue is there is no sign saying it is down. When I complained I was told it is in defrost. It happens every twelve hours. So they are so adapt at business they have the machines down when the largest factory in the area lets out. Brilliant strategy there. I am through with these incompetent employees. This is just an example of many problems had by this store.

First time visiting this store on my way up to the Grand Rapids area. This location is right off the highway and has great access to street lights so you're not waiting forever on waiting for traffic to move. Store is well stocked, friendly and very clean. Outdoor seating area as well. Always has solid deals

Don't expect hot food or to be able to grab a cold no soggy sandwich. On 7/18/23 in the morning, they only had 2 tuna sandwiches in the case. They have no hot food at 0800. According to worker behind counter they don't have enough employees to work. As in they are all off work for whatever reason. When told there's no sandwiches she said check the cooler in the deli. But only 2 tuna salad sandwiches on a croissant bun.
