Went in for just an overlay glaze for my long natural nails and got all my hails filed down to low and a pile of dental goup applied on top, they look like mannequin hands! I should have known better ? and listened to my grandson ? not worth $45 and she never used a brand new file on my nails! So mad at myself ?

Just got some shellac on my nails, it has lasted extremely long, I'm quite impressed. Plus, while I was there, an apparent regular had a complaint and it was dealt with swiftly and professionally.

Got a full set with a lot of add-ons. They're cute, but I did see what the negative reviews were about. The lady who did mine was friendly, but couldn't speak conversationally, and was rough and impatient and demanding. Several fingers were bleeding where she missed with the grinder, I have hunks taken out of my cuticles. Another lady came over to do the flowers, and pulled the other girl over and was criticising how she had done the shaping (assuming from social cues and motions). There were several people in there raving about their beautician, the lady who did the flowers is probably wonderful. But they definitely have a mix of good and not.

Trying to figure out why all the rave reviews when I got mediocre service at best. I came in for a pedicure (which really was good, even tho it was done by 3 different people) - but then had a dip manicure. I ended up with the lumpiest, misshapen nails, and when asked if I liked them and I said NO, nothing was done to correct the problem. The girl was in a rush and didn't even offer lotion at the end of the service. When I paid and was asked if I wanted to tip, I said no, to which she stood there and stared at me then started talking in her language. I'm not against a good tip - actually I always like to tip at least the 20% - but there should be effort made on the receiving end of that tip. When the dip powder isn't set and a nail file is taken to it that causes it to crumble and I ask you to stop - perhaps you should take that concern seriously and focus on getting the job done well. I was polite from the get-go and didn't expect an extravagant service, but when it's sub par and it's already an expensive service, please don't be shocked when you aren't compensated above and beyond for it. I'll never return again.Service: Dip powder

The best nail salon ever. For quality AND price you will not find anyone better. I have been doing my nails here for over 15 years. I have tried other places(gift card given to me and a couple of times Sammys couldn’t get me in right away)and NOTHING compares. I now wait and regift a gift card to anywhere else because I never get the same service anywhere else. They have watched my kids become adults and they all go with their kids. Today I went in and let Sammy know I was heading to MX on vacation and to do whatever she wanted. My nails look amazing! I can take my kids/grandkids in and there is always someone willing to paint their nails too. Always kind and considerate. One time it was me and my daughter and her baby. The baby started to cry and the owner started carrying her to calm her so we could finish our nails. I always get compliments on my nails. I usually do not take the time to write a review but these days everyone is so quick to take their bad day out on people in customer service-we need to give credit where credit is due and this place will always have my service and my recommendations, which is several times a day when I get those nail compliments!Services: Polish removal

They do good nails. But I went in with my mother and there was another customer next to us , we were talking about her nails because she was having multiple issues with the ladies doing them. They weren’t doing the correct design as showed in the reference photo. I had noticed a line was a bit crooked I said “it looks a little crooked, but they look good overall” and the “head nail lady” started coming at me all sorts of sideways. She was yelling at me and starting a huge scene, my mother had to intervene and ask why she was taking her anger out on a 19 year old. Customer service was definitely messy. But on a good note Lee did my moms nails & they turned out very good!
