Doesn't clean the back of either of my cars. You can clearly see where the brushes didn't reach at all. It also did not clean the dirt off the running boards on my truck. Definitely not worth the $20 I spent on each car.

Rude manager. Did not help with service. Ask for help with my app and she didn't know what to do. She had an attitude and was getting upset when I didn't understand. Has no patience of any kind. Will be ending my subscription and never be coming in again. Disappointed

I drive up and down the lakeshore daily so I use many of the locations. I have never had a bad experience or damage done to my truck. All our vehicles have unlimited wash’s and sometimes I go through 2 times a day. The employees are some of the nicest group of people. Thank you and keep up the great work

I would give this a no stars rating if I could. I washed my car at the Holland - Chicago Drive location on 6/3/2022. There were no issues with the wash itself but the attendant at the exit was not paying attention to the buildup of cars at the exit. A car was stopped just outside the exit off the conveyor belt. My car rear ended the car in front of me while my car was on the conveyor belt in neutral. The attendant proceeded to yell at me for not having my car in neutral. If the attendant would have been paying attention, he could of shut the conveyer belt down. I address the issue with the manager and before looking at the recording, she offered a laundry list of excuses. On the tape, she accused me of having my car in reverse. If this was the case, my car would have backed into the car behind me? Really! We finally get to the part of the recording of the impact and we confirm that the car in front of me was indeed stopped just off the conveyor belt and my car rear end it under the power of the conveyer belt. I was offered a "sorry". No, incident report filed, nothing! I called the corporate office to file a incident report/compliant, only to be told that I had to go back to the location and address it with them. What a joke! I caution anyone to use the wash during a busy time as the attendants don't pay attention and are extremely rude/clueless. I will never go back to any Quality locations .

Don’t trust these guys with your vehicles, their machines tore off the back corner panel of my 2017 car and they won’t replace it!!!! Won’t show us the video they have on file and are trying to say that it was loose months before. Sad part is they aren’t even looking at the area where it was ripped off and won’t listen to what we have said. Very disappointed I wasted so much money taking 3 of our cars to them. NO MORE!!!!

Quality Car Wash takes good care of their customers. Two weeks ago at the Holland Chicago Dr. location, the car in front of me did not drive off the belt at the exit, causing my car to jam into the back of the other car. There was no visible damage to my car, but the site manager gave me his card and told me to contact him if anything was discovered later. Sure enough, there was electronic sensor damage and hidden physical damage. Quality promptly made arrangements to have my car repaired at Mannes Body Shop (another positive experience!), they provided a rental vehicle free of charge, and within a week I was good as new! Mistakes happen, but Quality makes things right.

The Quality Car Wash on Sherman in Muskegon has not been drying my car and appears to not put tire shine on my tires. I have the unlimited works car wash and pretty disappointed. I’m not sure what the issue is but for the price I should not have to dry my vehicle and add my own tire shine. I am not the only one I see doing this pretty much any given time you can see 2-3 cars exiting the car wash getting out and drying our own vehicles otherwise it leaves water spots. I hope this gets corrected or else I will have to find another car wash.

I am buying D unlimited wash monthly and I wash it the first time I see some scratch on my car I wasn’t sure it’s from the car wash but then I go re-wash it again the next day and now I see a bigger scratch and I am not happy about it I tried to reach car wash location today when I do it nobody answering my call so I am going to cancel my car watch and probably not going back there again???

We have been loyal Quality customers for many years. Love their friendly staff! But I love my immune-compromised family members more. Do I love wearing a mask? Nope. But it is necessary during these crazy times. It has been frustrating to see every single Quality staff member maskless while helping customers despite the pandemic guidelines during my last two visits. Maybe this doesn’t matter to everyone (and thankfully I am past the point of caring much about the opinions of those who don’t believe in science), but I wanted to let you know why we have had to take our business elsewhere.

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE. The car wash off of Chicago drive in holland scratched my passenger window, trim, and mirror causing $1,080 worth of damage. Spoke to the manager who was rude, wouldn't listen, and tried making up spots on my car to not help me. I left and tried speaking to the Corporate President. She was worse than the actual manager wouldn't listen to me and wouldn't do anything to help. I now have to spent $580 to fix my car plus paying for my rental AFTER insurance on something that I shouldn't have had to pay for in the first place. If you want to spend $1,200 on a car wash and speak to managers that treat you like you don't matter this is the place for you.
