Got the best wash package. I guess I would hope the whole car would get cleaned. All along the bottom of the car and back hatch didn't come clean.also did the interior cleaning. Some parts were done pretty good. But the windows and the touch screen on the dash, still only half wiped down. I addressed the windshield and touch screen before they started. Also All up in the wheel wells all muddy still. I was told that the package had under body flush. Was thinking about getting the full detail done but kinda scared. Car is a 23 not that dirty. Would have thought it would have come out better. Also big streaks on the dash like cleaner that wasn't wiped off.

Very rude. Came in with a question and was given attitude. Girl didn't even help me understand how the app works. Told me figure it out myself and good luck. Very upset. Couldn't get the girl's name it was covered up by a jacket. Said she was the manager but I don't believe she was.

I always stop by to use their free vacuums to clean up my car after pumping gas. Always works well and I love being able to leave with a clean car and a full tank of gas!

Been to several Quality Car Washes and they all are kept up well and they do clean your car good.

Wouldn't take your car to this location. I went through it, got tar on my car that caused minor scratches and they sent me to Mannes. Which got back to me later saying there wasn't anything they could do because the car wash couldn't have caused it" I didnt have issues with them until their equipment did this. Was told "I was the unfortunate one of the day" They handled this situation very unprofessionally.

Don't take your car here if you care about it getting any scratches all they'll do is send you to "mannes" only people they work with for a reason to tell you it wasn't caused by the car wash when you have picture proof. Cheap for a reason
