The most non-customer service team I've seen. No one smiles and if you ask for help they seem out off. I'm going to Petsmart. They are at least friendly.

Friendly and informative. Very caring with our Fur kids. I have been getting vaccinations for all of my rescues at Vetco for years!

BE CAUTIOUS BRINGING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!! If I could give the Holland Mi location 0 stars I would. They gave my dog the wrong vaccine and when we tried asking all of them if that was safe, they all proceeded to start giving attitude and never actually gave us an answer then had to take my dog to the actual vet afterwards. Also the woman was horrible rude to my dog and me as well. The lady used to have greenish/blueish hair but by now it could have changed. Worst service I’ve ever seen from a clinic ever. PLEASE IF YOU WANT YOUR ANIMALS TO ACTUALLY BE HEALTHY DO NOT BRING THEM HERE! i saw on Facebook that this has happened to someone else at the Holland one as well. If it happened more than once and they still don’t care then please do not risk the chance.

My experience with using vetco, Holland MI's veterinary clinic was horrible. I was not able to attend the visit, due to my work schedule, so my husband attended the visit instead.Dr. Janice Bohn, the Veterinarian who assisted at the visit, was very rude and made horrible assumptions and remarks to my husband. Dr. Janice Bohn, stated to my husband that our new puppy was very small and that we were not feeding him enough. He tried to explain to her that, we feed our puppy 2 sometimes 3 bowls a day. He is only 9 weeks old and still a baby so we don’t want to feed him too much. But he does gets lots of water and snacks in between his meals. My husband and I also just had received our new puppy a week ago from previous owners who had him, so that’s the reason we made an appointment with Vetco because we wanted to be sure that our new puppy was healthy. My husband tried to explain all of this to her and instead of her listening to him, she was rude my making asssumltions that we were possibly not feeding our dog on purpose and that the only reason we got this dog was to have him trained to be in dog fights! Then preceded afterwards to make rude comments about why did we even get our dog if we weren’t going to take care of him? My husband was very dissatisfied with Dr. Janice Bohn, and due to her total disrespect, rude remarks, assumptions, and refusing to listen and cutting my husband off as he would be talking, we will NEVER be attending this place again and I will make sure to not recommend it to others. This visit made my husband very uncomfortable! I will be finding another vet, that will not be so disrespectful and will listen to us! Maybe Dr. Janice Bohn, should find another career to go into if she is going to have such a nasty attitude and make assumptions about people!

Don't ever take your dog here they will overcharge you as much as they can. I took my dog there regularly every three weeks and then one week they decided to tell me that she had to mats that they had to remove which was fine however they ended up charging me double the normal amount. and what was so surprising was that in all of the previous times no one ever said anything about that. I brush her every other day so I can understand how there might be a couple of areas that I missed however charging that much more when the rest of her coat was fine is pretty ridiculous. if you want to waste your money go to Petco.

Disgusting. Taken yesterday at this location. That turtle is in need of medical attention not a new home.

Disgusting cricket enclosure. Full of dead crickets while the lady put the new shipment of crickets in. Never again will buy feeders from there!

Do not take your dog here for grooming. Worst experience ever. Groomer claimed dog was old and could not be groomed ( despite having been groomed there multiple times before) . Then claimed dog had a seizure ( she did not) Handed me back a half washed soaking wet dog. Terrible service and seemed to not care About the animal

I took my dog Hunter there yesterday for his first grooming. He is an Irish Cream Golden Retriever, almost 1-1/2 years old. He needed a bath, nails trimmed, brushing, a few mats removed and hair cut out around the pads of his feet. Meagan did his grooming and she did a BEAUTIFUL job! She used whitening shampoo, so he looks white as snow (almost), the pads of his feet are free of hair (no more snow balls in the house & risk of frost bite for dear Hunter)! She also clipped his nails! GREAT JOB MEAGAN!!! Thank You

I took my dog there for a grooming on Friday January 10,2020. He seemed fine and I tipped 5 dollars because he looked fine and happy and they said he did great! So it made me happy because he is usually a little nervous(which I did inform them about over the phone and again at drop off). I got home later that evening to give him treats and belly rubs and noticed bruises on his underside. I feel so terrible for my boy and hope that the staff is informed to be more aware and gentle with our furbabies.

I was greeted by a horrible smell. Initially thought it was just the cats, but then it became evident that the entire store smelled. There was also a very limited bird food and toy selection. The Bearded Dragon enclosure had lots of p*** all over and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Employees bumped into me and didn't apologize or acknowledge what happened. Was never asked if I needed assistance or had any questions.

Friendly staff and a huge variety of pet supplies. However, the reptile section left me feeling sick. A lot of the animals didn't have proper humidity, temperature; and husbandry. A lot of the geckos looked scared. The chameleons lacked a hydrometer (essential) and the ball python was out of its hide during the day (stressed animal) and the humidity was at 25 when it should have been at 40-50. I'm not going to list all that's wrong but they seriously need to do research on the animals they're selling.

Usually have a decent experience at the store but last time I went in to get my dog the "Puppy make rover" (nails cut, teeth brushed, ears clean and a 15 min brush) there was a dog left in the bathing area all alone, soaking wet. We were waiting there about 15 minutes and no one was around. I had to go ask another associate where the groomer was. When she finally got there and got to my dog I went to pay for it and came back in and she was already done. I bring my dog out to the car and notice, her teeth were not brushed, her nails were barely trimmed and I dont think they cleaned her ears either. So I paid $30 ($5 tip included) for my dog to basically get her nails filed and not even that well... I guess I'll just bring her to the new pet place in town.

We got a new puppy and went to Petco to get our supplies. A young lady named Devahn helped us out. She was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions with no hesitation! She gave us a book filled with coupons for new dog owners that helped with cutting the cost of all the items we needed. The best service I have received from anywhere in a while!
