If I could give them zero stars I would. Poor people to work with. I recommend you not bringing your car there. They are not all there in the head. They had a customer start their car twice with no oil in it. Poor training. No one can train anyone right there.Plus they like to go thru people's cars without permission.

My mother in law went in for an oil change on their F-150. The price on the board was ~$80. After the service was performed and she declined the misc. extra products and services offered, they informed her that her bill was ~$170.

I am pretty particular on vehicle service and use the dealer…. I was in a rush and up against miles before an unexpected trip out of town. On my way to the highway I saw Performance Plus, in Holland; checked the reviews, and took a chance…
They got me right in, were very friendly, and did a very thorough and professional job.
It was easy to see that they took the job seriously and I appreciated that. Nice job fella’s and thanks for taking care of me in a hurry!

Paid for a full service which came out to over $130 in total. Received nothing close to full service. Called and left message to speak to customer service no call no answer sent to voice mail everytime I call. Left message over 3 weeks ago now. Sent email still no answer. I guess all around dropped the ball and no effort to even communicate about it. I have used performance plus or quick lube my whole life.Really don’t think I will be going back after this.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of getting my oil changed at Performance Plus Oil Change, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing and a horrible experience. On 6/26/23 I went to get my oil changed at Performance Plus Oil Change. The oil change and a filter cost $131.73. A week after getting it changed the oil filter fell out of my car and my engine seized. Two days after that performance plus then came to my house to inspect my dead car. They changed the oil and the car wouldn't start as expected so they promised to have a mechanic inspect it.Performance plus did nothing with my car until 21 days later when they towed my car to their choice of mechanic-which specifically I do not know. Mean while they never offered me a rental car.They then towed my car back to me on 8/3 but with a new gas tank leak it did not previously have and they told me I will have to get that fixed myself.Half way through this whole process I asked them for a rental car due to being without a car for an extended period of time with no end date. They told me I am able to get one but need to put it on my credit card and they will reimburse me. However i will be responsible for the insurance payment on the rental car. At this time I was using a family members car who I was paying insurance for already. I had asked for reimbursement for the use of the car to which they said no. They stated I can rent a car and pay insurance for that car as well. I expressed my frustration that I would be paying for insurance now on 3 cars. They did not care at all. I was without a car for 32 days before they had returned my car back to me. With the new found gas tank leak I was not able to drive my car. I was told by a mechanic not to drive the car due to a hazard of the car potentially catching fire and possibly causing an explosion. I spoke with management several times who were extremely rude to me and stated you have a driveable car and there is nothing else they are going to do. They saw no issue with the condition they returned my car to me in. I then had to pay to get my car towed and get the car fixed. My experience at Performance Plus for an oil change was a complete letdown. From the agonizingly long wait times and questionable service quality to the unhelpful and unfriendly staff, I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this place for their automotive needs. There are certainly better options out there for getting a simple oil change done efficiently and professionally.

I have been coming to this location for 3+ years. They always have fast service and are hardworking. The shorter blonde kid always goes above and beyond is very helpful and informative! Ive had oil changes, air filters replaced, turn signals changed, coolant flushes, and oil repair options done.
