Absolutely horrible service! Went in at 1:30 today to get my passport worked on and they told me to come back at 2:00 because I was a walk in. Came back to find that I had to wait so I did. I ended up waiting fifty minutes just to find out that another person line with an appointment ended up going in instead. They could have told me to make an appointment for tomorrow but they watched me sit there for almost an hour and watch as everyone got in before me. They never did see me and I ended up leaving and didn't get one single apology.

Worst place ever.. the ladies are rude if they don't like working in customer service look for another job where u don't have to deal with people.

I’m not going to deceive, I’ve had weird interactions here and with staff not precipitated by me, but still, the post office and its employees are laudable. It’s a hard job and the rewards to do it are shrinking. The amenities offered for this public institution can’t be matched, and in fact, should be cherished. The fact that you can get a piece of mail across the country for pennies is a testament to our country.

I've always had good interactions with the employees here until earlier this month as I was shipping a gift to a relative in Pretoria, S. Africa. I was taken aback when the employee replied, "why would anyone want to go there?" Her bigotry was obvious. I explained that I've had relatives there since 1857 but her sour attitude persisted.

Ok this is the second time I didn't recieve my package.the first time it was in The wrong locker and when I call the post office they was able to go back and get it out the wrong mail box. But when I received my items all package was open. Now this second time I didn't recieve it and can't get in contact with anyone. I really don't understand how the mail carrier keep putting wrong packages in the wrong lockers. Is there a way I can just get my package deliver to door only the mail carrier is blind or something.

The staff has been friendly and helpful with setting up a PO box and we had no issues receiving both USPS mail and packages from other services using the street address provided for the PO box.Note that packages from third-party services will not immediately be available for pickup and may require another visit, since "informed delivery" does not show these.Looking forward to using other USPS services at this location.

Helpful employees who always let me know what box or envelope to cram my stuff in and the cheapest and fastest way to mail it. They let me fill out address at island and turn back around to the counter when ready. It is fair-minded to not ask me to go to the back of the line again. Plus I am grateful the lobby isn't permitted to get too crowded and the employees are masked. Thank you.

I encountered a few unpleasant people in the pharmacy and don't need to go back. They have done cute gifts but why subject yourself to grouchy people?

I ordered masks through a trusted company that I have ordered from previously without incident. This time I received notification that my package had been delivered. However, when I went to my mailbox my package was not there. Went through the proper channels and talked to Stephen ( the manager) and was informed that my normal route carrier did not work that day and her shiftnwas split between two other postal workers. Stephen said he talked to the parties involved and claims they delivered the package. Not in my mailbox. When asked what the post office planned to do about it, Stephen said it was up to me to contact the sender to explain what happened. I have done that and provided the mask company with all the information about the Holland Post Office so they can contact them if need be. In the meantime, I'm without masks that have been paid for with minimal help from the people who caused the problem, the Holland Post Office. Don't get me wrong. I absolutely applaud my regular route carrier and this would have never happened with her. But I have a feeling someone else is wearing the masks I paid for with hard earned money. Shameful.

Very Rude employees at the postal counter. went to ship some small things and took a very long time. The ladies behind the counter seemed more interested in chit chatting about the local gossip than helping the customers. Never go here to ship anything.

Depending on what you need, a Postal Contract Unit can be better than the Post Office. Since I discovered Paul's Pharmacy, it has become MY place for mailing, shipping, postal supplies and the like. It is convenient to drive to, has tons of parking, and I've never had to wait in line!

Paul's Pharmacy delivers personal customer service like you'd expect from a pharmacy in the 1960's. Perhaps the best kept secret of Paul's is the fantastic shop! Need to find a gift for a loved one or friend? Skip the busy north side of Holland and check out Paul's Pharmacy.
