“I drove to the auto center with a bad battery with 4 months remaining on its free replacement warranty. I was first instructed that I had to remove the battery so it could be tested on the bench. This did not make sense to me as I had already had determined the battery had a bad cell and no cranking amps to restart my vehicle. I could not start my truck to go home and remove the battery so I could bring the battery back to be tested on the bench. I was frustrated and disappointed at the lack of common sense. I than searched out another associate to give me a jump to start my truck. As he was working on getting my truck started, I explained the situation, bad battery, 4 months left on warranty, and that I was told to bring the battery back to be tested. Long story short, common sense prevailed. I was put in the schedule cue. The next person I dealt with was Trell. He was professional and had a very positive attitude. He made my earlier frustration and disappointment disappear and put me at rest. He entered all the information and documentation in the computer and then guickly replaced my battery which is kind of a pain in my vehicle. Trell took my experience from bad to good.”
