Gary and the team at NPH installed a Ramp Rack System on our F250 and the entire experience was great. I drove from WI to their shop after working with Gary on ordering the unit and it was well worth my time. Very easy to work with, communication was top notch and the service and work was great.

'Bought a used SUV and needed a Hitch. Gary was great, and he gave me a really reasonable estimate, which was much less than the "big guys" in Grand Rapids. I made an appointment, and they got me right in and installed the Hitch and Wiring in expert fashion. The Office People and the Installer were very nice as well. I was a little concerned that the hitch would reduce my ground clearance, but it was not at all an issue. It looked good, and did not at all detract from the sporty look of my 'new' car. I will definitely go there again, and recommend Newcomer Plow and Hitch to my friends and family.

You want top notch service? Look no further. Gary and the Newcommer crew go above and beyond. Christmas Eve 7am in the middle of a blizzard and he shows up at the shop to help get me back on the road?! Hats off Newcommer crew. You guys rock!

This place was recommended by my neighbor but I would not recommend to anyone. They gave me a standard price for what it costs to install a used plow and I knew I also needed a few parts so I sent pictures and explained what I had and did not have. They did not believe me at all and quoted me parts I did not need and we landed on if I was wrong, they could skip the lights rather than pay their high price for an entire wire set I did not need. When My husband dropped the truck, they gentleman there was wow this is much better than I thought and they planned on doing the entire job and sent me a new quote. The owner stopped this and would not honor this quote and tried to tell me I would have to pay more in labor if I wanted the lights because they would have to touch the truck again even though their standard price covered a full job; he was upset he would have to do the lights like on a normal job and hoped he would get the same $ for partial job. We agreed on a new final quote but the actual amount paid was once again higher when we arrived. When we picked up the truck, they disrespectfully left the mess in this photo also.

The guys at Newcomer have been so insanely helpful and quick. I've been dealing with some frustrating electrical problems and poor work done by someone else, but they have fixed everything and explained what they found every step of the way. I highly recommend them!
