Pretty solid spot to pressure wash your car, my first time through here the pressure was utterly perfect. But since then it seems it's been turned down a little bit and doesn't do quite as good of a job removing dirt/road grime. The high pressure soap ratio is great, the conditioning foam cannons all have kind of a strange intermittentcy to them so it takes FOREVER to coat your entire car with. The air cannons are pretty much a joke and should just be removed. Couple of points to improve on but overall great.

Dog wash on the left doesn't work. The sprayer is broken, and it sprays everywhere, with little pressure. So that was a waste of $5. Dog wash on the right works. So, you're welcome for getting paid twice. Put a sign up so people don't get ripped off.

Timer didn't stop when the stop button was pressed multiple times so i was charged $20 for 4 minutes of pressure washing. Owner stood me up for the refund and now won't return my phone calls

the bays that work are very nice. plenty of soap dispensed. why 2/4 are out of working order is strange.. everyone of them work in Grand rapids. not in holland.

Great place to wash the dog in the cold months. Indoor dog wash is $5 for 5 minutes and $1 per minute after if you push the button. That includes all the shampoo, flea and tick, and conditioner options similar to others.
But they have aprons and towels available at no cost. Took me 7 minutes to wash my golden.

UPDATEDWas contacted by the owner/representative of the car wash and was told what was the issue from last night visit, they gave me the run down of what was the cause of it all.Although I didn't get refund, I was compensated for last night's visit. Along with an extra wash for my troubles, which is totally fine with me.Overall, great customer service ?

This review is solely for the dog wash. I haven't used the car wash. The dog wash is nice and neat. It is pay by the minute, but I prefer that over unlimited time. People are straight to business and in and out. I've waited for other dog washes in holland for over an hour, because time is unlimited and they were taking selfies, blow drying for 30+ mins, etc. There are towels that are provided and they are neat and clean.

I go there often to wash my car but every time I use my debit card it pulls out $20.00 automatically?? This is so annoying and I don't understand why it has to do that? Itll usually go back within a few days but that was my $20 bucks I was gonna use for gas but now I have to wait!

Used the doggie wash.... What a great place they provide towels and they have all kinds of setting... Including flea and tick wash even a deskunk setting
