“My experience at James St Self Storage has been nothing but excellent. In 3 years, my rate increased 1 time and it wasn't much (less than $10.00). Never had an issue with auto payments. Never had an issue with accessing my unit. The facility is clean and seems pretty secure. The office people have been really nice. I'm not a big writer of reviews but this place deserves a reccomend from me.”
