Looking for a car during the holiday break was adventurous. My husband I have been looking for weeks and when we saw the Jeep in you lot we knew it was for us. Called the phone and left a message. You returned our call and told us, you were gone for New year's eve and will re-open Jan 2, 2024. TBH we were concerned that another customer was going to buy it before us. The price was right and it was the model we have been looking for. On Jan 2, 2024 I went in and it was still available, tested drove the Jeep and bought it. Everything feel into place for us. The ease of the paper work, and payment was exactly what I needed, since it was a lunch hour. I just received my plates, tabs, and insurance card, all at once. WOW. Thank you for making this transaction so easy.. The vehicle came just in time for the winter. I would definitely keep you in mind, when I need another vehicle. Take care and best wishes

Mitten Autos was great to work with when I was in the market for a new car. I was looking for a specific brand of car and was pleased leaving with what I purchased. They are very professional and take the time to make sure you have what you need or could possibly have in terms of warranties or inspections if you desire them. And, they have a great furry friend to greet you when you walk through the door!

I recently bought a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek from Mitten Auto Sales. I am completely in love with this car! So far, the car has had no issues and it’s an amazing ride. Leslie was incredibly helpful the whole day and made the buying process go smoothly. Whenever the sad day comes where I have to say goodbye to this wonderful Subaru, I will definitely be heading back here first!

I recently bought a 2012 Honda CR-V from Mitten Auto Sales. I was happy with the service that I received. They are welcoming to questions, test drives, and follow ups. When purchasing a car, it was important that I did my own do-diligence in getting the vehicle looked at by a second mechanic. They were happy to tend to their customers needs. Everything checked out, and I’m happy with my new vehicle.

I purchased a 2008 Honda CRV through Mitten Auto for my daughter. The dealership is very small, but the perfect niche if you’re looking for a reliable used car in great shape. Our car is in excellent condition and a perfect ‘starter’ car. We had our mechanic check it out and he found nothing wrong, said it could be a 5 to 7 year car. We were looking for a 2-year car and this was much better! Great customer service, Leslie was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I highly recommend and would shop here again.

Bought a 2011 Honda Acura from Mitten Auto almost two years ago now. The vehicle was sold at a reasonable price, in awesome condition. Leslie was amazing to work with. Two years later and we are still very happy with our purchase and buying experience. Would most definitely recommend. Will be returning again for future vehicle purchases.

I had been browsing for a new car for months on Facebook marketplace and through other dealer websites. I happened across a car at mitten auto sales that I wanted to look at and ended up finding a 2014 Subaru Impreza. I was able to take it for a test drive and found a small issue with the AC system that Leslie took care of the next day. Leslie was super easy to work with, very upfront about the vehicles, and also offered her cars at extremely reasonable prices. I would recommend using mitten auto sales next time you need a quality used car.

I had a great shopping experience with Leslie. Saw a 2012 Honda Pilot that was from the south advertised on Facebook. Test drove, checked it out thoroughly and found the car to be in great shape and rust free. Paperwork was quick and easy and she worked well with LMCU. As easy as it can get. We are thrilled with the vehicle so far.Only slight complaint are the brakes. I mentioned on my test drive they vibrated when coming to a stop. She said they were newer and shouldn't need replacing. But after having the car for a few weeks and getting a better feel for the car, the rotors are definitely warped so I'll need to replace front and rear. Not a huge deal just a little disappointing to buy a vehicle and still need to put money into it right away. Thanks Leslie and team.Edit: Leslie reached out immediately upon seeing this review! The records and inspection show newer brakes on their end. But they already scheduled a time for me to bring it back to replace the brakes as needed. Awesome service and a dealer who clearly cares about selling quality used cars. I'm super impressed and will consider them when buying future vehicles.
