First off I want to give a quick shout out to Jose, one of the most genuine down to earth men I’ve ever met, he exceeds the expectations and shows true passion and character. You can’t get that from everyone. He needs a raise because that man is a star. We need more employees who are willing to prove what it takes to get respect and to know where it starts. Make the change.

I'm always a satisfied customer just not on thurs the 16th the brushes came around the back of my Tahoe it stopped just past the taillights so almost the entire tailgate didn't get brushed. There was brush marks where it left off. I live close so it's convenient to wash there. I will return but just didn't see that before and thought you should know

Best car wash/vacuums in Holland. Truly gets my vehicle clean every time I go thru. The $14 Base Plus option with the wheel shine is great value for the price. Does a great job of drying at the end, so the car will mostly be spot free. Vacuums have great suction power and there is also a small hose with compressed air to clean/blow dust or sand in hard to reach areas.

Whatever applies the tire dressing could definitely use some adjustments. I'd rather have no tire shine than this, it looks terrible.

Brushes are too rough. I'm seeing scratches on my brand new car after just a few washes. They need to figure out how to clean cars without ruining them. Get softer brushes.
