The 2 people working were busy, but they still acknowledged me when I walked in. The guy was very helpful even though I'm not one to keep upgrading, he found me a new glass front for me. Though he laughed and joked about my old phone. Such nice people. He wasn't pushy at all when he told me I could upgrade. Just said no thank you, and he kept working on my phone
