Really nice and cute store and greaaat service. I made an appointment on skincare and makeup service! The service includes a skincare products trial dealing with the specific skin problems and half of the makeup. You will do the other half with their instructions. Hannah who helped me today is enthusiastic about makeup and very helpful in the process of picking product and guiding me to do my half. Her energy is so infectious! Definitely recommend this studio to enjoy doing makeup. I also have the chance to try different products and found some fit me well. Lovely! ?

I was really disappointed with the treatment I received. I booked make up tutorials for my middle school daughter and her friends as part of a birthday party. I was informed 4 days before that they were unable to accommodate us. I understand mistakes happen, but they were unwilling to work with me or help me in any way. It was a mistake on their part yet they shifted the blame on me and recommended that bowling would be a better option for the age of my daughter and her friends. I was put in a really tough position having to find something else with such short notice.

Great customer service and product selection. I received a complimentary makeup consultation and did not feel pressured to purchase products. The owner and her daughter were very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable.

Linda Weaver went above and beyond recently to hand deliver my order to my home in Muskegon after it was inadvertently shipped to my former address and all in time for a planned vacation. Linda showed me that customer service is first and foremost for her business.
