If zero stars were an available response, the attendant at this establishment would've earned it. Inside, he told us the card reader didn't work at that pump so we prepaid. Outside, the pump wouldn't do anything so second return trip...he said pretty much nothing above an incoherent mumble so we went back out, tried again, same results, so after 1 more attempt & failure without ever getting any gas we make trip #3. Now, still mumbling, we're told we cancelled the transaction at the pump. ???? How??? I dont get it, it never worked from the first moment and he's saying we stopped it when we hung the pump...we never hung it back up til it didn't work... The guy did not once offer to re-run the card so we could get gas on a different pump or apologize for making us go in 3 times...nothing.Until people reach employable age with enough social skills to know when "please" and ""thank you' are appropriate, consumers over the age of 40 are going to be repeatedly frustrated by the rude, entitled behavior of today's 20-somethings

Am a person with disability and apply for a job at the gas station part time so I had a little extra money cuz am on disability, this gas station is in fennville and I got the hours at first then Tonya forgot to put me on the schedule Christmas week and then she gave me 1 day for 2 weeks and I haven't done anything wrong I even have texts from her saying she didn't have time cuz she's running the other store in Hamilton, so tonight I informed her that I quit cuz 1, 4 hour shift for next week I live in Douglas the gas is to expensive for me to go thru for 4 hours, I think am going to talk to a lawyer cuz is not how you treat people with disabilities!!!! And I happen to be a disabled veteran and this is how you treat your disabled veterans as a part-time career thank you very much and my legal name is Sandra Patterson

We visited the The Merle Bose in Grandville at 4:30 PM on February 26, 2021where we witnessed two employees who did not wear their masks properly. Both had their masks pulled up enough to cover their mouths, leaving their noses exposed. They did this despite all the signage saying to properly wear a mask before entry. Why is it that customers have to wear their masks correctly but staff does not?Way to ensure the virus sticks around.

(Hamilton store) Refused to sell me anything because of no mask, when I explaomed i have a medical issue and can't wear one I was told to wait outside and they will shop for me but wont do any special ordering, as I wxplaimed the medical situation, I was cut off by the manager amd was told "it's irrelevant because it deosnt matter, they will not sell me anything without a mask, medical reason or not!! Extremely rude!

We went to the location on the east beltline in Grand Rapids Michigan. It was probably the best experience I've had at a gas station before. The staff was incredibly friendly there were two ladies behind the counter who greeted literally everyone who walked in and were super helpful and quick. Also the store looked immaculately clean. I've never seen a glass a gas station that clean.

Minus 10!! Diesel auto shut off in Caledonia doesn't work. Standing next to car watching pump & car, look over at car diesel running out. Ruined my shoes and pants pulling it out. It will run into water streams through drain. And according to the attendant Merle Boes is FULLY AWARE OF THE DIESEL FUEL PUMPS AT THIS STATION.

Walked into my job today, to find out I was token off the schedule without any notice. Like who does that? Casey, the manager on Henry is a horrible boss. How would you feel if YOUR boss did that to you? Don't work for this company! Ever!

Staff are friendly. Consistently greet me with a smile and always have hot coffee ready when I want it. The store is small inside, but always clean both inside and out. I will gladly continue shopping here.
