Every time a call comes in saying your prescription is ready. It's never ready. Then we need to make sure you even filled the right prescription. Today, you tried charging $200 plus, and i had to teach you how to update the insurance for the new year after you explained how wrong i was. Walgreen is across the street and a dollar more. At least they know they're doing!!!

Very friendly staff. I really enjoy how nice they are. However, why is there only one person attending the counter? The lines can be very long. As only one them is taking care of everyone. I was told my prescription was going to be 20 minutes. I been waiting for almost an hour, and its not even finish. I would give it a 1 star if it wasn't for the staff.

Yesterday I experienced the same issue a lot of others have. Meijer Pharmacy does not seem to hold themselves accountable when saying "Yes, your medication will be ready for you at this time on this day". I was prescribed some medication back on 6/20 and was only able to pick up one of my 3 scripts that day. Fine, whatever. I was told that the medication would be ready on 6/21 at 2 PM. I go there after work on the day, and I'm told "Your medication will actually be ready tomorrow". I insist I was told that they would be ready, and their tune changed to "Just give me 15 minutes." I wait in my hot car, then decide to just go into the building because of the insane line, only for some pharmacist to tell me "Oh we're out of stock of one of these medications". I was only able to get one of them, and it's (arguably) the least important. This place seems so eager to just get people out of the way and brush off concerns. Never trust any guarantee you are provided by these people, especially if you have critical medicine you need urgent access to. What an absolute joke.

This was your typical Meijer but was right across the street from our hotel, which was certainly convenient. We stopped by on Fri. night for some snacks - they had blackberries on sale for 99c a container - and we stopped by on Sat. night because my Fitbit battery died and I wanted a new one. They have batteries in the front of the store near checkout, but this was a specific type of battery (CR-2025) so it ended up being in the Electronics section, which is in the back right-hand side of the store. The only thing I'd change here is the self checkout area - it winds around twice, which I thought was odd, although on Sat. night the store was packed, so that could be why (more room for people to line up).

The drive-thru is awkward but I don't think that is on the pharmacy. I think that's really more of a Meijer, maybe not looking at the big picture thing ? ...I like that you can dispose of old/discontinued medications when you go there so that you don't have to worry about contamination in the water if you flush them. They do not accept them at the drive-thru window, and they did not say why, so that was a small inconvenience.. However, they now provide several parking spots up front for quick trips, 15 minutes or less. Perfect!Overall, great job Meijer pharmacy 4.5 ? stars!

I love Meijer in general, but this pharmacy has problems! I called to transfer a prescription and was told it would be ready in a couple hours. When I got there 4 hours later, they told me it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. When I explained that I was told 2 hours, the intern checked to make sure they had the medication and told me it would be 20 minutes. I did some shopping and returned 30 minutes later and was told it would be 5 more minutes. I finally got my prescription, but I’m not happy.

I call over and over and they aren't ever answering the phones. I could be calling in the morning, afternoon, or the evening. It doesn't matter.

I am visiting from out of town. I went to Meijer for some groceries. I asked the Sandy D in the produce department if they had oregano. She made eye contact with me, walked around the greens island looking at signs and then walked to her cart and continued to head to the back. As she left I said "I guess that's a no". Lousy service. Had to go to Family Fare for oregano. Meijer used to be known for one stop shopping.

Made an appointment for the vaccine and was told it would take about 10 mins. I get there and see the line of people waiting wrapped around half the store. I don’t have time to stand for two hours and people not social distancing. Meijer does not care about your health they just want you to visit and pick up groceries on your way out. Unacceptable.

Maria was our cashier and she was the friendliest employee I've met at Meijer's. She even helped us save money by showing me how to use the app. I loved the purple in her hair because it's as bright as her personality!

If I could give this pharmacy less then a one star I would, I was placed on a new prescription per my doctor and I was aware of the dosage that was given being prescribed. My Dr. office had called it in Friday morning, I had called the pharmacy around 2pm to see if it would be ready for pick up at 5pm. The pharmacy tech said they had canceled it which was odd, so I called my dr. office back they called it back in. I called AGAIN at 4:30 and the pharmacy tech said it wouldn't be in stock until Saturday. I had to reiterate multiple times I had to per my DOCTOR that I needed to start this new rx that evening. The pharmacy tech in her own words said "oh wait just kidding we have it in stock give me 45 minutes." I go to the pharmacy a couple hours later after running other errands, she said its back ordered until Saturday, I said to her I have told you guys more than twice that I needed to start this and the pharmacy tech told it was going to be ready. This pharm tech told me to give her 15 mins so I went to get my groceries. I went back later on and was told the pharmacist refused to fill a 10mg pill for me because it was the "highest dose" (12mg for this certain one is) by this point it was almost 8pm and have given the run around for half the day. They proceeded to question to me as to why I was taking this which is a big HIPPAA violation, it was not the techs concern nor business as to why I was using this treatment that I need to start that night. I went back home in tears and decided to call them, they then tried to say it was also because of my insurance, I told them it was not because of my insurance b/c I have a high deductible plan and would pay full price anyways, long story short it was transferred to the 16th st. Meijer and was filled without issues, it was 9:30 on a Friday evening at this point. I called corporate today (Monday) and was transferred to Alyssa, their manager. That was useless as she kept trying to make excuses for their behavior, I have never felt more embarrassed, hurt and degraded as I did just trying a new script for my medical condition, I will NEVER come here to get a prescription filled again.
