Always easy to order online or over the phone. It's nice when pharmacies have a drive thru and you don't have to go in and stand in line.

Everytime I get a perception thru them I have to renew my insurance. They claim its not on file half the time they claim they can't find the insurance by the numbers I provide. Terrible service I'll be finding a new pharmacy

Went to pick up a script yesterday and handed them a coupon, said i was under government insurance, which is far from the truth,I tried to explain their mistake, he didn't want to listen, was very rude. called my insurance company and explained the situation, they called Meijers om 16th street and found out Meijers entered my information incorrectly .took ovehour to fix the situation. Go somewhere else and avoid the problems

Did shopping on line and this is what I found when I got home. I live 30 miles from the Holland store. I email them and get a response saying “sorry, come to the store so we can fix this”. Wow. Their fault, I need the product this weekend, and they want me to waste my time and money to fix their mistake. How about a full refund on the product so I can buy a replacement locally at a different store? And I selected the wrong option, meant to say I don’t recommend them.

Rude, lazy staff that failed to return my ID/debit card after closing or even give me the medicine I paid for, and ignored my buzzes when I tried to tell them they didn’t return them. I started my transaction 10 minutes before closing, then when they never came back I tried to buzz them with someone saying “we’re closed” and then I watched them shut down while I tried to get their attention. They literally had my driver’s license, debit card, and medicine, and were pointedly ignoring me. I had to go up and knock on the window, to which they still very pointedly didn’t look at me, and finally start yelling for them to pay attention.Funniest thing? The woman behind the attention had the gall to talk snidely and rudely to me once they finally decided to talk to me. Like I was inconveniencing them by not just driving away while they kept all my things.Incomprehensibly rude and idiotic. Can’t believe these people are in charge of something as important as medicine.

It's 230 on a Saturday afternoon. 3 cars ahead of me. I've been here since 2pm.Visibly one person is working, and at a pace so slow it feels like they're trying to get canned.Incredibly frustrating.
