LKM noticed we were in a business lot with a flat tire. We were having trouble with the jack from our spare kit. LKM let us use the jack and he stayed until he knew our new tire was on properly and had enough air. He did not have to stop as we did not call for help but the kindness shown to us will have us calling LKM every time we need assistance. I wish I knew his name so I could recognize him as a stellar employee who goes above and beyond. An honest person willing to help others.

My son was forced off the road to avoid a wreck less driver during a blizzard. The Jeep went down deep embankment and stuck in 3 to 4ft of snow with -31 windchill.LKM tried to get him out with a standard tow but it was too buried. Their heavy duty trucks were all busy getting larger trucks and semi's out of the ditches. I spoke with Dave who is the dispatcher and asked if he could get my son and take him to the tow company because thete was no one locally that could pick him up from the frigid cold.We live two states away and could not get there in time. Dave personally drove in that bad weather and got my son out of the car and drove my son to his college room location. We went far above & Beyond.When the large tow trucks were available Dave got the Jeep pulled and delivered it to the location that I requested. In actuality they are a 10 star company because they have a family oriented philosophy. People first over policy. Thankyou Dave and LKM team.

I called these guys when I was in need. Mr. Hunter was my driver, He picked up and delivered my Vehicle extraordinary fast, very kind and professional young man.definitely recommend this company!

Fantastic service! My truck died at work and I tried everything to get it going. I called at 4 am in the morning and setup a tow to my dealership but the gentleman who came got my truck started so I could drive myself to have it serviced. Saving me some money and time. I couldn't be happier with how helpful and friendly everyone was.

Very friendly and personable. Hunter came out to tow our completely dead electric vehicle. Extremely professional took the time to figure out how to manually open up the hood and get the car a charge with a remote charger so that he could drive it up onto the flatbed rather than drag it. Couldn’t I’ve had a better experience.Service: Special vehicle towing

So I ran out of gas today. My insurance company couldn’t get me someone to come give me gas. So they called this place. LKM towing. Amazing they towed me to the gas station for free. When I was told I would have to pay $100 I didn’t have the money so he did it anyway.. this place is the best company I have delt with.

Today I locked myself out of my car .I learned right away that it was going to be hard to find someone to come out that late in the evening on a Friday . After calling nearly a dozen other local numbers in a parking lot (with my 4 very upset little ones) they answered right away , were very friendly and sent a very kind gentleman out within 20 minutes ! Everything about this service was perfect and I am beyond grateful! As much as I hope to never need this service again , I know if I need it I’m calling them ! Thank you guys so much ! You saved my day !!

Hunter was the sweetest man. He was so professional and after he towed us we found out geico screwed him over and he still was just so kind after apparently not getting paid. Geico told me call police on him if he tried take my truck back. He did not do that and was still just a kind young man. I highly recommend this company. We called Ray's first and they were so rude and didn't care one bit. Lkm is way to go in Saugatuck. Thank you so much Hunter.
