This is by far the worst carrier I have ever worked with. They were AWFUL with setting appointments from the wrong date, wrong time, wrong place. They would ask for an appointment and we'd tell them we were booked (with other loads coming in) and give other openings. Tiffany Greer would schedule the driver to come in anyway - and because it wasn't the driver's fault, we felt compelled to work them in if we could. They had terrible communication. We will never work with them again - incompetence all around.
