We lost everything we owned due to their negligence and never got anything back. Our insurance company denied our claim 2 weeks after an adjuster had seen the damage and approved it. We are still recovering financially from this tragedy. No apologies and blamed for their incompetence.

Great leasing company. Everyone there is super nice. The communication is amazing. Whatever I needed fixed, they were on it immediately! I would definitely lease from Keystone Properties again. Their apartment was beautiful and the location was prime!!!!

I'm a new tenant with Keystone, and I'm absolutely impressed with how well they manage their properties. Rent is fair (considering the market), maintenance is very quick, and the properties are very well kept!

Rented a house with Keystone as the managers for 4 years. Great experience working with them, they were really responsive and actually cared. I have rented a lot throughout my military career, and I must say this company was one of the best.

Chris and his team are so caring, helpful, and personable. I appreciate how long they’ve been in the Holland area and what they do to help people and families find a home to rent. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Holland area, so much better than dealing with a national company.

My wife and I have rented the same home from Keystone Properties, Holland, MI for almost five years. We love their service, our home and everyone in the office is always very helpful. Anytime we have needed service they have responded quickly. I work from home so this kind of service is important to me and my family. We have given Keystone a five-star rating because they have earned it over our nearly five years with them. We send a big thank you to everyone in the office.

I have lived in my apartment for 11 years.Always payed my rent on time>Keystone in very unfair in there practice.Keystone Properties Rules don`t apply to everyone. They have rules that are not even across the broard. They threaten eviction me on smoking issue.(to close to the building). While others can smoke anywhere.Keystone has their snitch to control things. If I complain ,my complaint is not looked into, and set aside. The rules apply to everyone, not because management decide who the rules they choice to apply it to. 100% wrong

Nice people. Old school: have to pay with a physical check, not online. and will not give a time when maintenance might stop in to fix something. They will nickel and dime you for every little thing when you move out. Make sure if the previous tenants left any type of mess to go back at Keystone, and take pictures to cover yourself.Their rental listings say no smokers. The building we lived in had a unit with two smokers, who smoked in the building. Met someone who had lived in the building previously who had also complained about the cigarette smell. So apparently they are selective on who/what is allowed.02/05/2022 edited: This review is for Keystone Properties in Holland. The unit I rented from you was on Clovernook. My review is for the correct company.

Lived at East Hampton apartments for about 2 1/2 years, and loved it! Quiet, safe, affordable. Keystone was easy to work with, kept up with the property, and was quick with maintenance requests. I would definitely use them again if I ever need to rent in the future!

Seems a little high for this area. But it is what it is. Cheyenne Versluis has interest. His father was the last to pass. And if not money from the sale, at least his father's belongings.

Very old school mindset. No online portal to pay your rent, have to mail in a physical check. and if you have maintenance issues, you have to call in to let someone know, and you aren't given a timeframe on when somebody might stop in to fix an issue (was surprised on a Saturday afternoon one weekend to a knock on my door). People in the office are nice enough to deal with. You are better off to call, email could take a while to get a response if at all. One of the tenants in the building I lived in had someone not on the lease living in their unit, and both smoked in the building. They were made aware of the issues, but continued to allow the person not on the lease to live in the building. They will dock you for everything little thing when you move out. So please, document everything and take lot of pictures to protect yourself.

Chris, Londa and the whole gang are great to work with. I was a long time tenant with Keystone and rented various units from them for a number of years. They were always on top of things, professional and courteous. If there was a problem they were quick to make it right. I always felt supported while renting through them. For this reason, as soon as we realized we were going to have a gap in housing after receiving a closing date for the sale of our house; I called Keystone. Chris quickly replied to my call and found something for us. He went to bat for us with the owner so we didn't have to find respite for our pets and communicated everything thoroughly to everyone involved. Even though it was only a couple months we had an urgent plumbing issue that was taken car of right away. I didn't expect anything less and was not disappointed. I will and do recommend Keystone to anyone asking about rentals! They are great. Hoping we have found our forever home but if we are ever in a situation of needing a place again- they will be my first call!

Edit: I've been living there for over a year now and they've been quick to help with other maintenance requests.Original: I have lived in my apartment for 4 months. I'm very happy with the apartment and have had pretty good experience with Keystone Properties. I have only had non-emergency maintenance issues, which took a while to get addressed because I don't have access to my cell while at work and because maintenance would call from an unlisted number and not leave a voicemail. But eventually the issues were fixed satisfactorily. Overall, it's been a positive experience.

Lived in my apartment with Keystone for a year, and really liked the place. The management co. is always making improvements to the grounds/parking areas, and are easy to get in touch with if you have questions. I had great neighbors and a great experience here!
