They did the pictures for Hamilton softball. The wife of this husband and wife duo told us at 8pm after a game that we had pictures the next day. Then due to a mix up with the administrators our team was told the next day that we didn’t have pictures that day and it would be scheduled later so when we arrived the photographer was upset and very rude to our team mom who was filling in for our coach. The photographer was rude and demanded she be shown the emails to prove that we were told what we said. That is no different than calling our coach a lier. We have multiple witnesses that know our coach was not rude at all even after being berated by the photographer. The photographer’s attitude changed quickly when she was shown the email but later her husband, the other half of this not so dynamic duo, emailed our teams actual coach who was not there and said the mom on our team attacked his wife. I am sure that is the story she told him but that is outrageous and an obvious projection from his wife because she did the attacking that day. Other reviews show this isn’t the first time they behaved this way. Ask yourself this… why would we attack the photographer when we showed up to play a game? The photographer was upset she drove from holland and didn’t get to take pictures. I know because she said those words. What would we have to be upset about? It’s preposterous

Huge disappointment. Photographer was rude and impatient. The photo I received was blurry and my package was missing items. Tried calling and left a message with no response.
