I ordered a part from John's and never received a tracking number (like other places I've ordered from) and after not hearing anything for a couple of weeks, I inquired and was then given a tracking number and told the part had been delivered to my "LOCKED" mailbox. After e-mailing and calling John's I was basically told tough luck check with the post office. I did and was told it was delivered. I complained to PAYPAL and was told it was delivered. I've ordered hundreds of parts and this is THE ONLY ONE I' have never received and THE ONLY ONE I ordered from John's.............Coincidence??? Hmmmm Won't order from them again. They offered no restitution.
