My experience at James St Self Storage has been nothing but excellent. In 3 years, my rate increased 1 time and it wasn't much (less than $10.00). Never had an issue with auto payments. Never had an issue with accessing my unit. The facility is clean and seems pretty secure. The office people have been really nice. I'm not a big writer of reviews but this place deserves a reccomend from me.

I have my storage here and I really like it. The office attendants are always helpful and pleasant. I have been here about 3 years and I am so happy I switched. Prices are unbeatable and the units are nice. Great place to store your belongings.
