Gateway Mission is unlike any thrift store I’ve ever visited. The spacious layout and boutique environment give a high end vibe that is unbelievably unique. In the first five minutes I was there, my cart was full and I shopped for another two hours. The staff was so pleasant and professional. Only wish I lived closer (Kentucky). Otherwise, it would be my new favorite haunt. I also appreciated the Christian music playing overhead. Thank you.

Very disappointed in this store !suppose to be a good Christian store and yet they want to rip people off like no other ! Keep in mind they are given everything for free .I get you have to make money but over paying your low average income people is completely unexpectable ! Not impressed with this store at all!!

However, the variety and quality of items make it worth the visit.Overall, Gateway Mission Store is a great place to shop for bargains and hidden gems. The size of the building adds to the adventure of exploring, and you never know what treasures you might find.

A pretty good store. Prices can be high, but not terrible. They just got a new manager or someone who prices things and they price things kinda high, but if you get the right person, they drop the price for you. The only bad experience I had, was having an employee yell at me and my brothers. But another employee explained that she was one of their people they were working with. And I assume she was getting off drugs or something.I've found a lot of good furniture there!

Their pricing system is illegal, it's bait and switch and I made a report about it. They have lower prices written on items then what they are actually selling for. (Bait and switch) They told me that very rudely I might add and not until after I had already paid the other price (the price shown) then talked bad about us with other employees the entire time while she was trying to refund my money since I wasnt about to pay the extra $30 they tried to bait and switch me into. Horrible service and everything is over priced, you just won't know it from their price stickers because their stickers lie

This is my all time favorite thrift store. Their new set up in kinda wonky and doesn't really make sense, but it's still the best in West Michigan, in my opinion. People complain they are pricy, but everything is pricy. They have to keep up too, and they support all the programs in town for helping people overcome their struggles.

Wow! What a wonderful place to shop. There is a lot of space for a lot of merchandise. Topping my shopping experience off, was a very kind and cheerful cashier. Highly recommend!

It is a very huge place. I only had things to drop off. As I drove up, a man met me with a bin to put my things in. He helped me unload and then took the things in. It was very efficient, and I was quickly on my way. By the outside appearance, I would think the inside would also be neat and tidy.
